The breakfast was brilliant! Muesli sachet, fresh milk, banana, wholegrain toast bread, butter, jam. The unit was so clean - the bathroom was sparkling. The bed was comfortable with good bed linen. On a main bus route but very low traffic noise.

The juice was very sweet? The fridge was not cold enough - it might be worth a temperature check. A couple of plunger sachets of coffee and a coffee plunger would be nice. The unit was quite small. But minor.

I rarely give a 10, but because of the considerate management, this motel deserves nothing less. I was travelling with my mum, who's elderly and doesn't handle stairs well, so when I booked, I left a note requesting a room with separate beds and no stairs. All the twin rooms are apparently on the first floor, so the manager kindly put us in a ground floor suite. It even had a spa! It made for a wonderful stay for both mum and me, and everything about this motel was what we hoped for.

The only problem was that we couldn't work out how to turn off the heater. I ended up having to turn it off with the circuit breaker.

Doors & windows are not double glazed...so felt a little flimsy and not so solid

the location, the staff were awesome .

that the kitchenette didnt have a sink. We don't like washing our bodies in the same room as where we have to clean dishes.

Great location. Good value for money. Erica and Gareth were very accomodating when I had to check in quite late.

The TV reception in my room on the ground floor was not that great. Lots of pictures distortion Conditioner with the shampoo would have been nice too

The service at the Bella Vista was amazing. The room was small (as it was only for me for 1 night) but it totally met all my expectations, it was super clean and the bathroom was huge! The water pressure in the shower was so good! The owner was very helpful, friendly and even offered to carry my bags! The location is central Palmerston North (I did get a taxi into town) I was really happy and most impressed - and I also lucked in with a great discounted price.

I honestly found nothing to fault here.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive. Good sized fridge.

Room had a workspace/desk but this was taken up quite a bit with TV on the same space. Note, I had a small single room and I expect larger rooms may not have had this issue.

Very clean, well presented. Kids loved the spa bath. Comfortable bed, lovely linen.

We are used to block out curtains and a bit of light came into the sleeping areas. This would be fine for most people!

A fair bit of money has been sent modernizing this place, its freshly painted and the beds are new and comfortable.

The rooms are a bit "compact", ok for a single traveler, but a bit of a cramped fit for 2 plus in the standard rooms.

It was quiet and peaceful parking was good staff was friendly and if you needed more milk They gave them some out of their fridge I would stay there again If you left early they have a key box in a easy access

Nothing
