Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious and very reasonably priced for 4 people. There were newish curtains and fresh paint. It was close to town. The fact that it had two bedrooms rather than a bed in the lounge was great.

The furniture, kitchen and bathroom were very dated and really would benefit from an upgrade, but overall it met our needs. Our room looked into a scruffy back yard full of junk, of the main building, which isn't a good look. The interior windows would benefit from a clean. The overall appearance would look better if the heading tape on the curtains was pulled up to fit the windows, rather than leaving them gaping!

Clean, friendly staff, easy accessible to surrounding facilities. Nice park area at the rear of the units. Clean towels daily.

Comfy seating to relax in inhibited by the presence of the double bed in the kitchen/dining area. Limited crockery and serving bowls. The mattress on the double bed was perfect however the single mattresses were too soft. Invasion of bugs at night with the doors/windows open, unavoidable but something to consider re minimising.

The room was nice ,the beds were very comfortable ,had everything needed only wish we could have stayed longer

The TV was really bad had to set the channels up on the TV manually and the quality of the channels is really bad to the point it kind of ruined the night but that was the worst of it I would say

Room was very clean.....pat on the back for the cleaning staff.........location was great. Price was great too

We could have had 3 people in our room but there were only 2 towels, so maybe think about more towels in the bathroom. Couldn't figure out how to get the heater on for ages......instructions on the wall would be a great idea.

The room and bathroom were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had a good hot flow. The unit was very clean.

The hair dryer was very unusual in that it was not hand held so very hard to style hair. The ice box in the fridge was hanging down so hard to freeze our chilly pads for our chilly bin.

Location, one level no navigating stairs, summer would be better to utilize the ranch slider to little patio n view of parklike grounds. Tv channels good with 2 sky sport channels . A selection of dvd's available at office. Air fryer in unit. Parking right outside unit. Comfortable bed.

The cooler autumn/winter brings a lot of condensation on windows on wake up in a.m. pillows for sleeping were flat and the 2nd pillow for proping was a bit too firm for sleeping. So bringing own next time.

Thank you for the room. It was just right for what I was expecting. Very comfortable and close to amenities.

Staff - Owner was so lovely! We are grateful for the accommodation the wifi was great and the city centre was so close. It’s nice and quiet and the owner was warm and welcoming

Beds were uncomfortable There were ants crawling on the kitchen bench The room smells old and musky No one had a good sleep due to the mattresses being very hard and tough.

If the queen bed is able to be turned around or on to the other side, I would suggest this as the left side of the bed has had a lot more sleeps on it compared to the right side.

When I came to check out the lady at reception was friendly, and she confirmed that they had received the booking and money from Booking.com. So apart from the small incident which I didnt like, it exceeded my expectations- especially the size of the room and cleanliness. Although the motel was on a main artery road, it was quiet during the night.

When I went to check in had to wait 25 minutes in reception for anyone to attend. When the person arrived she said "What do you want" and she said that I didn't have a confirmed booking for that day, and they hadn't received payment, so after a while with no comments being made she upgraded the room to a larger room.
