The spa bath was lovely & relaxing. Clean tidy warm room, everything we needed for an overnight stay - friendly staff Would’ve washed my own dishes if there was a small bottle of dishwash liquid

The bed was abit too firm for my liking but will not hesitate to book & stay there again

This is an older Motel with competive pricing. Very clean, spacious unit, large bathroom with comfy bath. Well equipped, I especially appreciated the built in spacious desk area and free wifi that made working from the unit comfortable and easy. Michelle, the manager was a great host.

Lovely welcoming staff who go above and beyond with customer service. The rooms are some of the cleanest I have stayed in. I appreciated finding my bed remade and the room looking so tidy when I returned at the end of the day. Excellent central, location.

Spa was great. Room was clean and tidy

Bed. The parking for a big car would have been a problem but there wasnt many guests staying when we were there so wasnt a problem. We also found no rubbish bin only a very small one in toilet which we thought was odd.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Set back off street, so nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. Great water pressure in shower. Clean, and well-equipped with all essentials, including microwave and crockery.

We chose here as wanted a spa bath. We were very pleased with size and depth but did not discover until the morning that the switches to activate the jets were not near the bath but on the wall. Not a massive problem as we had time in the morning to try it out again. We would have phoned reception when we could not figure out how to operate it the evening before but we only discovered our problem after the office was closed. We were also aware that the deadline to use the spa was close.

Well we were a bit disappointed that as we were in an upstairs unit we were not able to use the spa bath after 10pm so as to not disturb other guests by water noise in the drains. However if we were downstairs we would have enjoyed not having that problem ourselves.

Staff were friendly. room was clean, location was great, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and mall within walking distance

everything was great with the hotel. Weather was horrible

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. This will be our third time staying. What we enjoyed is the friendly staff, clean room, awesome service. Thanak you for service.

Space for parking - a bit tight when there are several large vehicles (utes or SUVs)

Very clean room. Great location, minutes' walk to central city with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants

Would be great to have aircon, but the fan was adequate
