The location was very central to great cafe's and the overall CBD. The staff and service was also very efficient and friendly and helpful. The room itself was well presented and clean, and being on the 4th floor there were great views of the wider Manawatu area.

The immediate area around the hotel seemed like a rather abandoned rundown side of town, though oddly enough it is only half a block away from a very vibrant area which can offset. The room itself felt a bit stale, obviously clean and in good order but for the price we paid it would have been nice for it to be a bit more modern.

I made a mistake with the dates when booking. The manager was so kind to allow us to transfer to another day despite our "no show" the day prior. Thank you so much! The room was lovely, warm and comfortable with very clean bathrooms and strong water pressure in the shower. A very pleasant stay, so close to the city center and Te Manawa museum.

The guest car park was a bit tight on space. But there was plenty of parking on the street and we were told it was free overnight, so all was good.

Room was great. Beds were comfortable. Pillows for a change were comfortable and provided a great nights sleep. Restaurant provided great food both at dinner and breakfast following morning

Website shows Shower cubicle in room but instead we got shower over bath which was not practical but since we were only staying one night did not detract much from the overall stay. Toilet bowl was on the low side which caused difficulty getting up.

I was hoping for a bath and a sofa like I had seen in photos but got an older room. I could have said something but husband wouldn't allow. Had the worst curry ever but rest of food was lush

Everything was just perfect for a small whānau especially last minute booking on the same day. We were also offered complimentary breakfast, however we were unable to stay for it. Elevators also close to parking lot and FREE PARKING!

Need to modernise exterior of hotel. If i hadnt prebooked it i would have driven past and looked for something else as it doesnt provide an inviting impression. Not a criticism - just some feedback as i would you suggest you may be missing out on some business. Inside was lovely. Would reccomend

Central location, free parking. Breakfast was nice and lots of options. Room was very quiet and beds and pillows comfy. Everything seemed quite clean. Staff were very accommodating when we had to send someone else to check in for us as we were in a wedding. Easy to find our way round late qt night when we arrived.

Bathroom didn't have an extraction fan which wasn't great.... We went down for breakfast at 9am on Sunday (weekends served until 10am) there wasn't alot of food left and they didn't replenish so we missed a couple of the options that had been on offer (pancakes, pastry and hash browns) was higher end of budget but appreciated two queen beds and location.

Great location, friendly staff, fresh clean bedding and bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean with shampoo etc.... and there was plenty of coffee, tea and sugar. Off street car parking was great with easy access in and out of motel.

We couldn't get the heatpump working and we had to use the rubbish bin to hold the door open to make a hot drink

Karma (person on the front desk) gave us the most amazing service. He went above and beyond. His personality and passion for his job was absolutely wonderful. If only all customer service people were this incredible. He's an asset to your team. I'd employ him anyday.

we stayed there for 3days and 2nights. secure car parks accessible by key cards. clean and tidy rooms. staff were accomodating. the restaurant serves very good steak and the bar tender makes very good drinks.

the door cards sometimes don’t work as well. took us a few attempts. If you get in to the secured car park late, there will be no more space available. it is first come, first served basis. In saying that, there are plenty of off-street car parks.
