Location was great, with Dominos diagonally across the road and a short walk into the city square. Motel.has soundproofing so road noise wasn't an issue. 2-bedroom family unit was great, having two fold-out couches in the lounge meant everyone had plenty of room. Nice to have milk provided. In-bathroom spa was a lovely way to end the day. Towels were thick and plentiful. Reception friendly and helpful. Other guests were nice people.

No small sharp knife in the kitchen - perhaps bring your own if planning on cooking. Shower boise is quite loud in the bedrooms.

How nice and clean it was! The lounge and dining room is very spacious good for family. Property location was perfect close to city centre. We didn’t have to travel far it was a few minutes down the road. The rooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen area was awesome more than i expected!! There was sky tv which was so good we got to watch abit of the rugby world cup games. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we will definitely recommend this to our family and come back again next time.

I don’t think there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Maybe just the wifi signal didn’t reach one of the rooms and lagged abit. Which had coming back into the lounge area to get full signal. But it didn’t ruin our stay we just had to adjust to that.

Great location. My room has got a recliner chair and a spa bath. Great heating!

The doors and toilet sink were short of height. Have to lean down or squat to open the door. As of the toilet sink , for a short person like me, I still have to stoop down so the water doesn’t splash everywhere. Otherwise, the toilet has really good heating. You won’t feel cold after shower! :)

Very spacious and the beds were really comfortable! Great value for money and handy to the city centre, the spa was nice addition, would definitely recommend.

Shower head was a little smaller than would like and thus waterpressure wasn't the best and also the kids would have liked a tv in the bedroom but thats being picky.

The location is great and easy to go to the supermarkets as well as the central area, and the room is comfortable with my family and has all the necessary needs in the motel. The owners are friendly and help us on first time arriving in Palmerston North. Recommended.

The room was extremely clean and tidy. The bedroom was large, as was the bathroom and spa bath. As a family, it was excellent for us having a large living area (with a bed) as well as a seperate bedroom. We asked for a cot, which was provided. The location is also great.

The motel itself is dated but it’s so well maintained and clean so this did not matter.

Like that the rooms have a corner bath and comfortable bed for reasonable cost. Always nice to relax in a bath…not use the spa but just soak.

The angle of the TV to the bed amd lounge suite/ sofa. You get a sore neck trying to view. Also noise from neighbouring flats / housing. Road noise isn’t an issue but our mid-week stay experienced domestic discussions and activities from a property of the fence.

Good central location. Rooms nice and clean, in tidy condition. Easy on-site parking. Basic but comfy bed. Good pillows. Equipped kitchenette was good. Daily servicing included towel change, dishes washed (we only left a few and didn't expect staff to wash them but it was appreciated), rubbish cleared. No bed make-up but this didn't worry us. Would stay again.

Very strong deodoriser (fragrance) smell in the room was off-putting for me. It was a pleasant smell, just too strong. However I requested no further fragrance be used during our stay so it did subside over time. Many people would enjoy the spa bath, but the shower over the bath meant there was a high bath side to climb over into the shower. Not a big deal, just something to be wary of if mobility is an issue.

The property was tidy and clean and nice owners.

I went with my friend and booked through booking.com for a studio with TWO beds. (Upstairs if it was available.) We got there and were put downstairs in a studio with one bed and a sofa bed. I slept on the sofa bed which was not comfortable had springs in my back all night. We are two older women on holiday and I was not impressed not getting what I had booked!!!

Location was great. Room was clean and having a heat pump was a bonus. Bathroom was roomy and showers good. Owners were very friendly and available when needed. I wasn't feeling well and they checked on me to offer any help. Lovely!
