More than happy with everything, maybe the photo's didn't quite show how large the rooms really are but I understand it is hard to capture depth with a camera. Next time we're looking for accommodation in Palmy, Hacienda Motor Lodge will be the first call we make.

Great connection with staff - so kind and helpful. Room size was great as were all facilities. Location meant rooms were quiet. We will look forward to another stay at Hacienda

Highly recommend... Staff were very welcoming, room was very spacious and extremely clean. The little touches added to the room, chocolate, lollies, bottle of water were a pleasant surprise and appreciated. Thank you for a great stay 😊

We were welcomed as if we were family, they couldn't do enough for us. Stairs are an issue so they moved us from the room we booked to a ground floor room with no issues. Best accommodation we have stayed in while travelling around NZ

The host goes the extra mile-checks on your arrival time , puts lights on in your unit, turns on aircon/heater. The interior is of high quality. The products and contents also - coffee machine, toiletries etc. very hospitable

We highly recommend Hacienda, it exceeds by far other places we have stayed when visiting Palmerston North.The owners are fantastic, always helpful and the rooms are spotlessly clean. It is so nice to be greeted with a big smile.

Extremely comfortable beds/pillows. Great range of complimentary tea/coffee. Owners were very welcoming and friendly. Can't fault anything, we will stay here again for sure.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. We were in Palmerston North for an annual sports event and because we enjoyed our stay so much last time we choose to stay here again. The staff a so friendly it makes the experience more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning was turned on for us to ensure it was cool on our arrival. The room's air freshener was nice too. Overall, it was another pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place so much so that I have told my work colleagues to consider this place if ever staying in Palmerston North.

Friendly, welcoming staff that made us feel special! The lovely lady on reception gave us a free upgrade to a room with a spa bath which was great 👍🏽 The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The ceiling had glittery bits in it which sparkled in the light which was a nice touch! They provided fresh milk and we loved the up market shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Would definitely recommend this motel.

There was scaffolding outside the building which we were told about when we booked as some building work was going on which was not a problem. It was Easter weekend so there was no noise from tradies.

Everything, very nice quiet place, would definitely stay again
