Very accommodating lovely and friendly lady made us feel welcomed. The location was great I had a tandem trailer and asked if we could park it there and never showed me any anger she smiled and found a park for my trailer and vehicle immediately. Bonus CCTV so felt safe with my vehicle parked on site. Free wifi Netflix TV very cosy lot's of power points to plug in phone laptop an other devices. The room was clean and quiet they had a lot of food places and prices in the folder with options of foods and things that you don't normally see in other places I've stayed. Over all I loved it and would stay again.

I would have preferred to tell them in a note which they said you could find in the folder to rate your stay only I couldn't find it. The mattress was a little too firm and would have preferred a softer mattress how ever was lovely and warm with the blankets. The milk was not enough for 3 people but I understand that not everyone has a hot drink. I would have preferred real milk though I could have bought some If I wasn't tired from traveling 10 hours.

The room was a good size, had been updated but was still an older style hotel. The bed was firm and there was everything we needed supplied. It was in a good location, quiet and away from the main roads and we could walk to local restaurants and bars. The heater was really efficient and the wifi was good. The room had individual art works that made it quite quirky and interesting.

The smart TV was not easy to work, very slow to respond, and although the room had the bins emptied, the bed wasn't made and the coffee wasn't refilled.

Hand location to CBD, hospitals, restaurants, cafes, shops. Had little kitchenette with microwave, fridge, jug and toaster. Very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Good pressure in walk in shower. Room compendium had good information about places to eat and how close they were. Free wifi. Extremely quiet, which we loved. Would stay here again should the need ever arise and will recommend to family and friends.

Hand towel rail bit low. Could be shorter and moved up or towel ring installed. Bathroom could be updated. Gardens need a tidy up.

I was thoroughly impressed with our stay at Alpha Motor Inn. The room was fantastic - spotlessly clean, with particular attention to detail in the kitchen, which was immaculate. The space was generous and warm, providing a cozy refuge from the cold weather. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The receptionist was notably knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which added a special touch to our stay. The parking facilities were also convenient and well-managed.

Our stay at Alpha Motor Inn was excellent overall. The only potential inconvenience might be the access to the upstairs rooms, as they are only accessible by stairs, which could be challenging for guests with mobility issues. Aside from that, everything was fantastic, and it is clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property.

Perfect stay at Alpha Inn for our family, we stayed in the Taranaki room (pretty sure that was the name) and the Inn staff beat our expectations. Room was so clean and comfy, the guidelines and policies were easy to follow. Staff were friendly with daily check ins and room refreshers (new towels, mini rubbish removal). Great location, 5 minute drive from the main centre. Our check in and check out we’re easy for our first family motel stay. Loved it!!!! Oh and there’s a barber right near the entrance so location was convenient.

Only thing is we could hear the slight footsteps of people walking above our room but that’s understandable.

The room we booked was perfect for the weekend while attending a major sporting event where we needed a comfortable setting whilst not competing, reasonably quiet and handy location to the event and the city eateries. The room was clean and tidy, kitchenette facility and required items such as cutlery, plates cups etc including microwave, toaster and jug all excellent. The bathroom was excellent with a spacious shower with adjustable shower head. The bed was very comfortable. Check in process was smooth and simple, Excellent value for money.

Nothing to mention here whatsoever.

Great location, don’t have to hear the noise from town but also a few minutes walk away, friendly staff, definitely worth what you pay, plenty of car parking, gave us a free late check out which was awesome, beds comfy, clean facilities, would recommend and would stay again!

Walls were a little thin, so could hear noise easily but nothing you wouldn’t expect when you’re so close to one another.

Location to Central City, as verything was in easy walking distance Appreciated my dishes being done whilst I was out during the day

It was a shame about the noisy people in the unit above as they got ready to head out for the day at 5am

The room was clean. The staff were really nice. Plus it has its own laundry which is very convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

It was just when the housekeeper tidied the room. They just changed the towels and threw the rubbish. But the beds were not made properly. But still it was not an issue. But I'm glad if the management takes some action in this .

The location. And everything one needs.

Hot water, early morning Saturday 7am there was no hot water. As we left at 8am Washing my hands the hot water came on. I let it run for a while at 7am but had no hot water. But notice Sunday at 6am no hot water but 7am we had hot water. And the tv was very slow in working, and internet was slow. Only one person could use it.
