The two bedroom unit was spacious and spotless. Furnishings are bright and stylish. The spa bath was a treat. Within walking distance of the plaza. Highly recommend.

The photographs and description that Booking.com advertised were for a unit with a queen bed and a single bed. Upon arrival, the manager took us to a different room with a queen bed and a 'sofa bed'. When I showed the pictures advertised on Booking.com, the manager was kind enough to let us have the two bedroom unit, as the advertised unit was not available. However, he said the price we paid was the cost of the room with the sofa bed. The manager said he would work out the additional costs with Booking.com. We had also previously requested a ground floor unit because my parents are elderly and find it difficult to climb stairs. This request had been confirmed as available, so thankfully, we were given the two bedroom unit as it was on the ground floor. The other units were upstairs.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The facilities were kept very clean while we were there and were spotless on arrival. The bed was comfortable with great support. Very good sound proofing, we were a little concerned that the noise from the road would keep us awake but we didn't hear a thing. Staff were friendly.

Pillows used to sleep on could be improved upon, current ones were too flat and another 1-2 standard size pillows would have been helpful.

Asure destiny was such a fabulous to stay! The room was big and spacious and had the little things you wouldn't mainly think eg air freshener, shopping bag for small items, a little dustpan and opportunities to cast to the television from your phone. The bed was very comfortable with such soft pillows! It was definitely the highlight accommodation for our trip! I wish we stayed longer!

Cannot fault it in any way.

Everything was perfect

Contactless check-in and check-out was a first for us, but communication on how to do that was great and very easy to follow. Loved our room and the decor, tasteful and clean. Had everything we needed and easy walking distance to town centre for eating out/supermarkets. Was quiet considering it was near the town centre and a Saturday night.

Really well appointed room - perfect for working away from home

Staying in Room 1 there was some noise from people going up and down the stairs - nothing super disruptive but could definitely hear the comings and going’s from that room.

Always a great stay!! Well maintained property and very comfortable beds!! Rooms nice and modern with well equipped kitchens. Staff are awesome and Brent is always helpful :)

Not much other than having no elevator to the top floors so you need to carry up suitcases.

Very comfortable, immaculately clean. Nice to have a comphy chair to rest and watch TV instead of the usual bed situation we travelers face when booking a studio. The desk area was the perfect place to set up laptop to finish up some after hours emails was appreciated as well. Will stay again

I was fortunate enough to have a neighbour that increased in snore volume around 2.30 am which worked well as a super early wake up call. I was definitely not late to work, thank you neighbour.

The access to the room was very easy and clearly communicated. The room was tidy and the perfect size for us. And the TV has Chromecast available. The heating system was also easy to use.

There were no extra blankets.

Staff attitude was great! Well set up room. Willingness to assist. Peace & quiet absolutely suited us, as did car/town accessibility. We would happily stay there again and will recommend Destiny on Fitzherbert whenever appropriate.
