When we arrived the lady on the desk was so friendly and lovely, she couldn't of been any more helpful or nice. Thank you whoever you were. Showers are amazing, great pressure and love the body wash and shampoo and conditioner dispensers, the scent was lovely. When we left the man at the desk was very lovely and offered us some breakfast. The service here is top notch!!

The single bed in the lounge area was very soft and like a banana bed. No support. The fridge wasn't turned on at the wall and was really hard to get to the switch. Also it was loud for the person sleeping in the lounge. The air conditioner for the room is noisey so you couldn't sleep with it on.

Staff super helpful when we could not get the TV to function....straight to our room to sort problem. Staff sorted out immediately us having no frying pan in the room. Great view over the town park from the room. Super close to everything. Complimentary breakfast a real bonus. Parking in public spaces directly outside reception a bonus........All in all very good and will return.

Crockery, cutlery etc a little hit and miss. Just requires cleaning staff checking through a tick off list to ensure that everything is there. Curtains need some hooks and a little attention to ensure they move back and forth. All in all not much to complain about and the staff were there to sort any issues out immediately. Will stay again and would recommend

Really quiet (having double doors between our apartment and the lifts was a definite bonus), wonderful to have washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Kitchen well equipped. Great location, able to walk to shops, cafes, and movie theatres. Really appreciated the property holding two car parks in case our motorhome did not fit on one carpark, very thoughtful.

The cleaning was perhaps a bit cursory. Dust in all corners, but most particularly it was disconcerting to find old blood on one pillowcase protector, and on the mattress protector, when we stripped the bed prior to leaving. Fatty deposits on oven tray: though this probably speaks more about the previous occupants than the housekeepers.

Location, price, facilities. The receptionist on Sunday morning was very friendly and helpful. Was also helpful when I discovered there was a luggage trolley because prior to that, I had to do about 10 trips to my car to take all my luggage to the room, that was exhausting.

Felt a little like I was being judged. Also the room was missing a remote in the bedroom (no biggy cos we didnt need to use that TV) and some cutlery. Reception were happy to send room-keeping to remedy the cutlery so that was fine, at that point I said no thx its fine.

Location was good, especially for access to restaurants, and we could see the changing colours of the clock. The bed was very comfortable. The windows in the room can't be opened, which is something I don't like, but the AC was very effective to make up for it.

The room isn't big enough to spend much time in, eg, it's hard for two to sit at the table as it's mostly occupied by the large TV. We didn't like needing to pay for car parking, so we parked a couple of blocks away in free on-street parks under the shady trees of Chaytor St.

Morning staff made the stay lovely. I slept in and missed the breakfast but she gave me a packaged muffin which really made the difference for me!

You can not park a SUV in the $15/night carpark due to low roof height and tight squeeze but the street parking right at the door is free over the weekend and works better. The single bed in the twin room was tiny and initially I thought the mattress would roll off the bed but I actually slept really well. It was deceivingly comfortable lol Minimal TV channels but you can stream from your own device really easily.

Great location, right in the middle of the square in Palmy. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay again. Parking was available right outside the front of the hotel.

Minor - when I had a shower in the morning, I couldn't open the door back up to get out (thankful I was travelling with my partner who came to my rescue), the tray had moved. Mentioned to the receptionist on the way out so that they can repair.

Great location and an easy walk to local shops, restaurants and take-a-ways. Decent size room, with a functional kitchenette and laundry plus another laundry on the 2nd floor if needed. Very comfortable bed and no noise disturbances. Very polite and happy staff willing to help. I liked the way the main doors locked at 6pm once reception was closed but also easy to use the key to enter the building. I have no problems recommending this hotel

There was nothing I didn't like about the Hotel or staff, would have been nice to have a better view out of my window but the room made up for that. The Hotel had recommendations for food places which was great but no information for transportation.

overall, pretty good experience when I booked the rooms called direct to hotel but was told to book on line which I did though booking .com a month to six weeks before my stay. Was given a booking confirmation but not a tax invoice! when I called was told I couldn't get a taxi invoice until I had checked in Which gave my expenses team fits and complaints? cause I had paid a month before and incurred late payment penalties. Just frustrating at the time AT check out front deck was very helpful and friendly.

Location very central, right next to The Square and excellent shopping malls and shops, supermarket, entertainment, and dining options very close. The room was a reasonable size, well maintained and with good plates/cutlery utensils, good sized fridge, kitchenette bench space and cupboards. All standard items were present. Daily cleaning was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the young woman on the desk on Sunday.

Only two things bothered me - firstly there were no windows that were able to be opened, so no outside air access. Secondly, the room had no full-length mirror, which surprised me. There may be full length mirrors in other rooms, but not in my studio. Otherwise, no other issues at all.
