There is an odd smell when first entering the room which is being masked by some air freshener. Cleaning products used for furniture and bedsheets may be allergenic. My daughter developed an intense itch all over after sitting in the room for a few hours. By morning, she was covered in a rash. She is not known to be allergic to anything

We liked the property as it was clean, accessible, it had some cooking facilities and I could bring the car up to the door and it’s not far from Woolies/other shops/food. Staff were friendly and communicated well during the booking stage.

We didn’t use it but the electric blanket plug in socket had bent “prongs” in case someone else may want to use it.

shower slide / spray head wonky / loose adjuster worn until last morning, toilet cistern kept refilling frequently probably due to leaking flush valve - easy to fix. overpowering room fragrance - too sickly and sweet and too powerful - tone down and all good.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Loved that there were recliners in the rooms. Probably the most comfortable seating in a motel room I have ever come across.

Nothing at all, everything was above my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a great place to stay at a reasonable rate.

Central I liked having the 2 leather seats to sit on and watch tv

I didn't like the smell in the room very strong and overpowering smelt like a whole can of airfreshner was sprayed.also the toilet roll holder needed to be a bit closer too the toilet.the cleaner started early on checkout morning I had a late night and was planning on a sleep in but too check out by 10am but the cleaner was next door early and it was quite loud

Good location very clean, just the little things like the door of the shower couldn't close properly and the door to the shower was a bit noisy when opened and closed People un the floor above us were loud and noisy but apart from that we enjoyed our staying. Thank you for having us 🙏 ❤️

The facilities were great. Extremely clean, lovely bed and bedding. Would have liked to have seen a few more 'treats' in the bathroom, such as moisturising products, but overall very well appointed facilities. Well impressed.

That Booking.com ripped me off. By booking through here cost me $30 extra than my friends who booked direct. Even with a 10% discount, I still paid more. Your service is crap. It's made me rethink future bookings through Booking.com

Great size room. Very comfortable and super clean. Awesome storage. Good appliances and cutlery, and decent sized fridge. In a really handy spot as well. Check in was very easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The pillows weren't very comfortable but that's probably just because I'm used to my own.

We were later than expected arriving for check in, when we arrived I was happily welcomed, and the man (I didn't get his name) had already gone into our room and shut the curtains and turned on the heat pump for us. That was just so awesome on a very cold winter night. The room was modern, and was very clean and tidy, one of the best motels I've ever stayed in.

Exceptionally clean and nice to stay in. Loved the recliner chairs and little treat in the fridge.

Had a school group staying who were exceptionally loud until about 3am. Could hear them through the walls and outside. I understand the motel can’t do much about it but it meant we struggled to get any sleep.
