The host is fantastic and was gracious with our stay accommodating with an extra early check in. We were upgraded to a 2 bed unit which was extremely appreciated as we were staying to attend a whānau bereavement. Will be our first preferred accommodation for future visits. Spacious and clean units. The beds were comfortable and having everything you need in the unit is hugely advantageous. Easy to find and get to, in the outer central area so efficient for travelling around CBD and suburbs. Lots of room for parking and location is away from the hub of the central city, close enough to walk easily and reasonable Uber fees if you need to get somewhere quickly.

Was upgraded to a two bedroom. Loved how we had a separate bathroom and toilet plus the spa bath. The rooms were spacious as well. It was very clean and spacious. I'm so grateful to Tony as well especially for the reason I was in Palmerston North was due to a berevament and it was the my first time in Palmerston North. I ended up with two extra ppl stay with me and of course I let him know because I'm honest and paid the extra as well but he still let me have a discount for that as well. Thank you so much. 🙏🙏🙏. I felt very blessed.

This place is clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. Overall, we had a happy one-night stay.

The facilities are fair but could be upgraded. The cabinet door in bath room has a large crack on surface. Air conditioner don’t have heating function. We are ok to use electrical blankets (on each bed), and electric heater for living room.However, it could be more safe for family with children to use air conditioner for heating.

Tony was very welcoming. We were provided fresh milk. We had a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen facilities for cooking. The shower was amazing with a thermo shower head. Fan & oil heater in the bedroom. Beautiful layout & very clean. Great value for the price.

I might have missed it, but I couldn't see where to hang the hand towel by the sink. Extra hooks for towels.

So handy to the venue we were attending Greeted by a very friendly host that makes you feel welcome The cleanliness and the comfort of the units we were allocated

Inside a kitchen cupboard it would be great to have a towel rail to hang up a tea towel once been used. Another plus would maybe be a full length mirror inside a wardrobe door as usually when staying away from home you are heading out socially and need to check that you look ok before heading out the door

Arena Lodge was lovely, staff were friendly, outside looked modern, I was able to walk into town so location was great. Really appreciated the upgrade so got a spa bath, that was a lovely bonus thanks.

Had trim milk as an option? I found the bed quite hard, but appreciate it is a hard one to suit everybody :)

We apparently had booked a small studio and were given an upgrade which was lovely :) the place was right across the road from the conference my partner spoke at. I also needed to do a meeting after check out and they accommodated for me which was really nice too. Parking is included too :)

Walls were thin, so the late night hooligans who attended the conferences came home rowdy. They got a talking to by management lol.

Nice clean room with nice kitchen and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Great location close to the Arena for the event we were attending.

It was an extremely cold stint of weather when we visited - not the lodge's fault at all but we could have done with another heater to help warm the air up in the room. The single one of the wall just wasn't enough.

Location was good, ample parking, easy to get in and out off. Short drive down town for foodie places. Room warm and in great condition. I had one of those days at work and owner handed me a nice can of cold stuff and even toast and jam for a quick breakfast snack NO charge. That does not happen often. Awesome service.

Nothing it was a great stay, would stay again.
