Easy to find, somebody immediately there to look after you with a smile. Easy to park in front of your unit. Fantastic internet, confortable super clean room and ironed bed, kitchen well organised, lovely simple colours in the room, fantastic airy with good towels bathroom. Everything in good working condition, iron and ironing board, welcoming owner. Near good restaurants ( 5 minutes by car good Thai place superb service and food). All simple, practical and new and down to earth, just what you want. Small table outside to sit and smoke if you need. Would recommend and stay again

Shower floor a tiny bit slippery, for maturer people

The room was very clean and fitted with a queen and single bed. Motel located halfway between airport and city centre. While there, motel was fully booked but it was quiet and peaceful despite being along main route. Near the sea with a wide walking/cycling footpath. Cleaning staff and reception pleasant and friendly. Daily cleaning provided. Room provided with spa bath.

Though kitchen very clean, microwave was placed way too high for most people. Would have been more practical to have it on the bench top.

Very nice clean Room. Staff have only owned this property for 2 weeks and are doing a wonderful job. Very happy and helpful. The only downside was the wifi. We couldn't get any even after the staff member tried to put us under the staff one it still would not work. The only other suggestion I would have is the bathroom fan only runs with the heat lamps so it gets extremely hot in there. Maybe a separate fan would work well for summer months

The rooms although a little tired with marked walls and not the best paint job were extremely clean and the staff including cleaning and management staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Generally there is not much that could be improved on for day to day only repaired (we had a hole in the wall) but these are things that can’t be managed every day unless you have an onsite handyman.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! They were also super accommodating when I realised we needed to stay an extra night. The rooms were so clean and tidy. I feel like nothing would have been too much for these guys. They were absolutely lovely and I highly recommend staying here. They even had chocolate for the kids on Easter Sunday!

Nice friendly welcome. The room was serviced everyday to a very good standard. Easy access and great location.

Although there were attractive bedside lamps, they were not efficient to read by. The tv was fixed to the wall too high and made comfortable viewing difficult. However, the property had new management who were in the process of making and improving these issues.

The Rocks Motel was such a great stay! The room was super clean, modern, and had everything I needed. Loved the spa bath and how quiet the place was, perfect for a relaxing weekend. The bed was comfy, parking was easy, and check-in was smooth. Great location too, close to town and easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

The lady on reception (Lee) was excellent, really helpful and friendly. The spa bath was big enough for 2 people. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.

Despite there being a cafetiere, there was no coffee in the room. I didn't notice until making a hot drink in the morning. A nice touch would have been some biscuits to go with the morning hit drink.

Lovely lady on reception made us feel right at home. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean. I mean it wasn’t super luxurious but nice. And a spa bath was great after a big day. Bed was very comfortable and daughter had her own little room.

Maybe a little far from the main centre of town, we were going to walk but ended up driving which was fine.

Room was a good size. Had a nice powerful shower. Bed was comfortable. Nice clean unit. The housemaid was very friendly and helpful.

Access to rooms from reception was limited as there wasn't enough room to drive through as a large vehicle partially blockied that entrance the 2 days we were there. Was a pain to have to have to drive further to use the other entrance.
