Very tidy room with a good sized kitchen/dining area.

We were expecting a bathroom in the unit as booking.com said it had a bathroom. However, the unit did not have it's own bathroom and we had to use the shared toilet/shower facilities. These were right next to our unit though, so not too much of an issue, and luckily it did not rain while we were there. They were clean as well. We have no issue with Westshore itself, just the fact that booking.com often gets the list of facilities wrong. We specifically look for places that have their own bathroom, so it is disappointing when booking.com gets it wrong, which happens regularly.

Friendly desk attendant. Super helpful. Unit was pleasant. Had everything you needed, was surprised at how quiet it was considering it was right off the main highway. Very comfortable pillows and beds. Thank you! Best sleep ive had for a while. Appreciated the broom and mop in the room, motels need to follow suit. Awesome little stop over. Thanks for having us 😊

It had everything we needed plus more, the park/trampolines and flying fox were awesome to keep my kids entertained, it was close to where I needed to get to, everything we needed was close, had our own privacy, lovely room to stay was very lovely I would definitely be back next time I’m in Napier

The toilet and shower was a lil cramped but that was nothing, very grateful to have had our own toilet/shower in our room😄

The staff were amazing and accommodating to assist in changing rooms. They were friendly and helpful with local info. Both ladies an asset to the park.

The price for the age of the park, I believe was a little high. Website prices were lower than booking.com.. so I would recommend booking direct with park.

Westshore is a clean, well run, excellent value holiday park near Napier. Close to the beach and many good amenities, I found the host very welcoming and helpful and I would definately look at staying there again if back in Napier.

I had a cabin, love the small private outdoor area we had, It was also quite hot at night so I imagine it'll be much more in summer. Maybe a fan? Cabin #13 Bout a minute drive to the airport so that was awesome

Location was great for connecting to cycle trails & the pub was great for food & rehydration!!

Shower was a little low on pressure. An ebike covered and secure shed would be a bonus. Perhaps put in a 20fr container for locable security?

It's so clean and tidy! People are nice around the park, everything on the grounds are tidy and the cabins are well stocked with what we needed. Such good value for money

Water pressure in bathroom (especially shower) and kitchen was low.

We enjoyed the peaceful of the area . We enjoyed our little apartment as it was Cosy. My kids enjoyed the kids play area and they also made some friends there .
