I liked that the staff was very helpful to the unexpected guest I had where they were able to upgrade my room without hesitation. The staff were lovely, kept to themselves. Allowed visitors which was awesome as we had family members visiting us.

1 bed was made daily but the other wasn’t. Which I felt a little uncomfortable as I know our belongings were scattered. I felt like if our room was scattered with our belongings.. don’t go inside.

Bed very comfortable, the room was very clean, good hot shower. We had a nice little covered courtyard that I ate my breakfast. Had a little area for meal prep good for breakfast. Jackie was very helpful and she recommended a great Thai restaurant not far away for dinner. We would also recommend this restaurant Thai chefs. Food was exceptional and restaurant was beautiful. Only a five minute drive from the hotel.

Bathroom is small , no real bench space.

This is fantastic option for exploring Napier. It is affordable, beautiful, comfortable, and clean! Everything you could ask for. It’s a quick drive to the town center or the harbor or the beach. The host is very friendly and has great suggestions - we enjoyed his restaurant recommendation. The room is extra spacious and the beds are super comfortable - perfect for our family of four.

Greeted very warmly by the man at reception who upgraded us. The facilities were very good. The room had everything we needed and was nice and clean.

The heat pump remote wasn't working very well and there was a leak at the kitchenette sink and the towel was soaked because of it.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient! Great value for money. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall comfort of the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Staff very friendly and happy to let me charge my electric car- the units are set up well for this to be done if you bring your own 10a charger. Nice quiet unit at the very rear was perfect for a good night's sleep.

The single beds were a bit short for my teen boys, who are just average height.

The staff was very welcoming, and we noticed that they tried to provide every facility a client could need. Water bottles were served in the room, the Wi-Fi speed was excellent, and our son was able to play all his games without any issues. The room was also thoroughly cleaned.

Cannot find fault in anything. Great shower, comfy beds and pillows, clean, daily housekeeping, everything you need is provided. Loved the ample sockets!!! Great ventilation too!

The other room would need a small fan but can’t find a fault otherwise ❤️

Handly location to al the favorite visiting spots. Very understanding staff especially Rahul and the other lady who helped with some local sightseeing as well. Highly recommended place to stay.

Staff were exceptional and went that bit extra to improve our stay. Room was very clean and a great size. Our room was spotlessly cleaned each day of our visit.
