A nice, quiet motel in a good location in Napier. The owner was very friendly, assisting with a very quick check in. The room was spacious, plenty of room for 3 or even 4 people. No hob but had everything else. Separate bedroom to the lounge, bathroom through the kitchen but everything was spacious. It was very clean, basically spotless and very comfortable. Didn't use it but it had a drying cupboard so handy for people staying a little longer or if you need anything drying in a hurry. Pool looked clean and motel had laundry facilities (didn't use)

Nothing, everything was as required and even more.

the check in was very easy with our key left in our room for us, it was very clean with good heating. the beds were comfortable, though a little cold at this time of year, an extra blanket would help. very affordable stay

the room was a bit outdated and the water pressure wasn't great and the temperature was very temperamental. the door handle on the bathroom didn't work properly but the cleanliness made up for this.

While not modern, units are clean and spacious. Heat pump, other heater and extra blankets all very appreciated. My unit was close to a busy road but traffic noise not too bad. Given the size of the units and the extras provided I felt I got a bargain and got a good nights sleep 😊 - would return at this price

Interior ceilings could do with a paint job. I’m pretty sure that the last guest was a smoker 😢

Even though we were given a villa without a kitchen (which we had booked) the lovely hostess addressed it immediately and fixed the issue. Our stay was lovely and with beds fixed up everyday without asking. Fantastic work! We will be back

There was a few flies due to us cooking a lot personally. Maybe a fly sprat would help

For a budget hotel it’s was great. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. It had a cooling heat pump and sky tv plus the ability to chromecast from my device. Parking space outside the room. I would definitely go back again

The water pressure of the shower is really low. The rooms are dated but it’s fine for a budget hotel. May 1 or 2 loungers by the pool?

The location of the motel was extremely convenient for work and nice and quiet after work

I found that maybe fitted sheets for the beds would have been a little easier when making the beds as my bed sheets kept coming undone but it wasn’t hard to deal with either way.

This was just right for a one night stay, it had everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Just a short ride to the town centre. Check in was very smooth and very welcoming.

Our toilet was not clean and had a smell of urine and also had water damage behind the walls which the owner knows about. The bathroom needs quite an upgrade.

Had the amenities that we needed. We were able to check in early, which was a great bonus. Liked the message I got as to what room we had, before we got there.

TV was too low and couldn’t see from the bed. Sliding door to shower was hard to close and when you got it closed you have to adjust it as it goes too far and the other end opens.

The room was big..Very comfy bed. With kitchen stove and microwave. The manager was very nice. Had a very quiet night sleep. Had a swimming pool but was too cold to swim.

The stove was out of order..The water was very weak and kept going very hot so we had to turn it down and it went cold. Couldn't work out the tv. Wasn't much on sky or TV.

We were happy with the stay and the lady receptionist received us well although it late and she was on off duty. Generally, everything went well.

May be little milk kept in each room is desirable. Also, toiletries and soap need to be sufficient depending on the size of the room and the number of occupants.
