This was one of the cleanest and most beautiful smelling motels I have ever used. We had an accessible room on the ground floor.. and although not all modern (don't expect this in art deco duh) everything was immaculate. Good quality shower products.. wonderful shower very powerful and not one of those daft fixed shower heads that are not great for short girls.. but a proper hose lol. Bed super comfy and quality sheets. Kitchenette well equipped with quality consumables and equipment. Room was spacious and uncluttered. Parking was perfect for getting luggage out of car straight into room. Owner was friendly. Also easy distance for getting around without the noise of being in the inner city. What can we say ..we wish we could have stayed longer

Room was absolutely amazing beautiful, clean, stylish and spacious and just comfortable air conditioning is perfect the spa tub, the coffee all round I would rate this stay 100/100 and we will definitely be returning, room was serviced perfectly and smelt amazing when I returned back from a hospital visit and I could just come back to our room and unwind staff is so friendly and accomadating we would highly recommend the stay here

There is nothing we didn't like everything was perfect

Lovely big rooms, nice clean room with big spa bath and great toiletries provided. Staff were friendly and happy to restock towels and everything else. Rook was pretty quiet and private, bed was comfy

The lack of parking, I had to park on the street as some guests had several cars and were blocking others in, assigned room parking would help this but I understand there is not enough parks for the number of rooms

Super spacious and meticulously clean room in a unique motel. Position was good for Napier and the brilliant Art Deco buildings of this amazing city. The architecture was superb and there are very interesting walking/car tours of the city plus beautiful botanical gardens and a lovely sea front bay. Restaurants and eateries of a very high standard.

Wifi was open but easily accessible.

Very close to everything that we needed. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet even though it is right next to a busy main road in Napier. Only heard traffic when the doors are open. The staff from the reception through to the staff that service the rooms are friendly and professional. Definitely a place I'll keep staying if available whenever I go to Napier

Our 2 bedroom apartment room was excellent. Clean comfortable beds. Had everything in our room. Smart tv was a plus. Full kitchen facilities. Big spa and very nice shower. We were situated in the quite area away from the road. Quite neighbors. Loved that it was kiwi owned and operated. Had New Zealand made tea coffee and biscuit "Chanui" brand.

I booked the room for my Cousins who were coming to help with our Business. The Room was so nice, that it made me wish I was staying there. I knew they would love it when they arrived. They sure did and it was a real blessing. It was way better than I expected.

There is nothing.

The pool was great, daily room cleaners went above & beyond. Property was presented well, would recommend.

A bit disappointed the room we had wasn’t the room shown in the photos, we ended up in an outdated room that hadn’t been done up yet, I assumed we would be staying in the rooms shown in the photos when I booked. Also no hair dryer in our room.

Friendly staff, large clean rooms, table and chairs in back if you have a bottom story room. Also table and chairs by from door. NW supermarket within walking distance. Bus service to city center close to lodging.

Limited number of electrical outlets.

comfortable beds clean & tidy would stay again

we were in Room 29 upstairs looked outside bedroom & bathroom side an found there was a ledge that went right along the side so we couldn't leave the windows open why we were out or when asleep as anyone could of walked along the ledge
