A well-equipped motel unit, spacious and with plenty of storage facilities. The owner was very helpful and able to book tours as well as advise about various destinations. The motel is close to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and is also a comfortable walk from town (Paihia). Additionally, there is a Woolworths supermarket just down the road, which is convenient..

There are a few steps from the bedroom to the bathroom which we had to keep in mind during a nighttime visit to the loo in the dark. The motel is close to the main highway, but we noticed that the traffic noise dropped quite quickly at night so wasn't a problem re sleeping.

Location is a little out of town but only about a short walk away. It is in a sunny spot, but there is some road noise as it's near a junction although most of the time this isn't an issue. It's about a 5 min or less walk to the beach and about a 15 min walk/short drive to the Treaty Grounds or similar in opposite direction to town. Owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about places to visit in the area. Very spacious room Great shower Loads of kitchen equipment if needed

Beds are a bit soft for us but personal choice Didn't find the sofa comfortable - again a personal choice

Exceptionally clean and well maintained studio. The King size bed was very comfortable and we had everything needed for an enjoyable three night stay. Our host, Julie, was friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. She gave us many good recommendations and provides a laundry service, which was much appreciated on our extended trip. Pahia is a beautiful spot to spend a few days. Highly recommended.

The property is at the edge of town and most people would need to drive in. However, this is no problem as there is a lot of free parking.

I’ve had such a great time here over the past three days! The rooms have plenty of space to spread out and relax. They’ve got everything you need: well-equipped kitchens, a big TV with Netflix, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. It’s in a great spot too, really close to the waterfront and just a short walk to town. The hosts are lovely and make you feel right at home. I’d 100% recommend this place for anyone on holiday!

Location was a little further away from centre of town but was great for us as we had a car. Very convenient having supermarket across the road. The kItchen was well equipped, and the tea, coffee and cookies provided were a bonus :-) The apartment was very clean and very comfortable, easily accommodating our group of four friends. Hosts Julie and Martin were very receptive and helpful with planning activities etc. plus doing laundry if required. Nothing was a problem. Furthermore, Julie went over and above to return/mail items overseas, that were left behind in the room. We will be back!

Zero complaints about our stay!

Really good location. 15 minute walk to Paihia centre, and the supermarket was across the road. Plenty of parking places there too. The air conditioned apartment was clean and comfortable. Good size with an open plan kitchen/dining area/lounge. One king size bed and one single bed. Kitchen had a two ring hob and a microwave and other kitchen essentials. No private washing machine, but clothes could be washed for a small fee. Balcony area with a barbecue was available too.

I have no complaints

This is a good place to stay for access to Paihia and waitangi. The reception was good too. She knew we were coming for a wedding, so messaged to say we could check in earlier. The place was clean and tidy with everything we needed. We walked in to paihia no problem.

Just one small thing that could be fixed. The bed was situated under a window that had light streaming down on us all night. The blind didn’t help as it just pinpointed the light onto our faces. I am sure this could be sorted and then the room would be perfect.

Lovely spacious family room. Well appointed with a well eqipped kitchenette. Bathroom spacious. All very clean and well maintained. Hosts friendly and helpful. Supermarket just up the road a little. Quiet.. on a oad, but a quiet one at night.. Very good soundproofing and excellent aur conditioner. Very happy with our stay.

Great location within easy walking distance of both Paihai and The Waitangi Treaty Grounds. Supermarket and beach access also within a short distance. Hosts Julie and Martin were delightful and helpful. Thank you for a great experience

The room was spacious and very comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchenette was well fitted out with tea, coffee, and milk in the fridge. Julie and Marti were very welcoming and Julie updated us on the Russell ferry cancellations due to bad weather and offered alternative suggestions. Its a short 15 min walk to the ferry along the water which we were aware of. Countdown is just across the road Very good value for money.

For motel accommodation I cant really think of anything we didnt like.
