Hannah is amazing! We booked this last minute as the original place we were staying at was run down really bad. As soon as we arrived Hannah made us feel at home the warm heater on, water in our room, mini chocolates, heated tile floors in the bathroom, bath robes, Netflix, outdoor patio - it’s heaven! Hannah was there to answer any questions we had and also respected our privacy to relax 😊 I just cannot explain how amazing this place was I would highly highly highly recommend coming here such a wonderful and luxurious experience. Not to mention the food, coffee, breakfast, muffins everything was divine - freshly cooked and baked by Hannah. She even packed us breakfast and coffee cups for our trip to Milford sound. I could go on and on about this place - this place is a gem! The bed is comfy, the house feels cozy, it’s just a magical experience! I miss you already Hannah! Thankyou for allowing me to stay in your wondeful home 💞💞💞💞💞

Everything was fabulous

Fabulous B&B! Loved the location, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. Hannah is a wonderful, warm, and caring host, who will go out of her way to insure you have everything you need. The room offers a great deal of privacy and the common area is substantial, with many amenities. Dunluce Boutique B&B is an excellent place to stay while visiting Te Anau.

Loved everything about the property; especially the beautiful gardens and view.

Beautiful BnB, gorgeous location and stunning lake and mountain views. Really a luxury boutique hotel. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious. Rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfy beds, huge bathrooms. Really nice terrace outside the room. Immaculately clean. Lovely lounge with fireplace to sit and have a tea or hot chocolate. Hannah is the nicest person, she has gone above and beyond for us, including meeting gluten free dietary needs. We are so sad to leave!

Hannah is the ultimate host! This lovely, quiet B&B is just 5 minutes out of town, and a world away. Guests feel welcome as a result of all the little touches Hannah has provided throughout the stay as well as the great tips she provides for whatever you might want to do in the area. She has a gracious sense of how much to be present for her guests, leaving them to their privacy and relaxation in perfect measure. The breakfasts are hearty, homemade and deeply delicious. We'll surely be back!

Everything, Hannah was a fab host, the location and premises are wonderful, and whilst set back from the lake, we had the most amazing view. Would heartily recommend.

It's really minor, we had an accessible bathroom, but when you're tall this makes the shower less ideal as it's max height is too low cause it's obviously designed with others in mind with more important needs

Just a wonderful stay! Lovely rooms, amazing view, great service and fantastic breakfasts (including a lot of home-made aspects). One of the most restorative stays we've had anywhere: bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and the general feel of the place was relaxed and calm, perfectly matching the views outside.

Literally nothing!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay in this idyllic B&B. Beautifully appointed cosy room (you can tell the owner is an artist!) with wonderful views out to the lake and mountains. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom which is also well equipped. Walkable into town centre (20mins max), parking also available. Great breakfast.

It was perfect

The room was modern and clean and the bed was so comfortable! The electric blankets, heater and heated bathroom tiles were amazing in winter. Hannah was the most wonderful host and cooks an amazing breakfast, we really felt like we were at home and were sad to leave Dunluce! The rooms overlook the mountains and it is a short drive to the town centre. Honestly couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

Nothing!

Our room was comfortable, the breakfast and snacks were great. The hostess was helpful and gave us advice about restaurants in the area. She let us leave our car in their parking lot after we checked out while we were on a tour.

It seemed that it was too far to walk easily to town, especially on a rainy night. Could not see the lovely view of the lake because of the weather - NOT their fault !

The host Hannah was extremely nice and accommodating. The room was large and very well appointed. We loved all the natural light and the view of the mountains, lake and cows. The breakfast was delicious and Hannah prepared it early one morning so we could make our scheduled outing. We would definitely stay again in this beautiful and serene setting.
