Had everything I needed, close proximity to everything including supermarkets, has bar and restaurant at building. Very efficient heater, room was always cosy.

In room fridge was noisy at night and if people bang doors in hall etc can be noisy, but there was ear plugs in a drawer. Wasn't told if I declined getting room serviced I could get a $10 restaurant voucher, I didn't get room serviced but was unaware of offer.

Very welcoming upon arrival aswell as making check out so easy Rooms comfortable, had all that you needed - large TV, black out blinds, amenities jug, tea/coffee etc Room was cleaned and towels replenished each day Bonus having a roof top bar you could escape to with lovely cocktails and bar bites, as well as the restaurant next door offering yummy food. Situated very central so close to all the shops, eateries, public transport, car parking and bars. I would recommend and stay here again

Had to get used to road noise, but that was only when I had the window open for the outside air, could not hear it otherwise, and ear plugs were available if needed.

Central, roof top bar and downstairs eatery was what sold this establishment, and I was glad I took a risk with booking at the Trinity. Was awesome having a choice of ordering brekkie or dinner at either. Exactly the warm, trendy buzzy experience we wanted. We missed out on Trinity's own parking, but they booked Wilson's on our behalf for $28 for 24 hours. Pack back packs and trolley cases if this is your issue but wasn't far. The free upgrade of room did make the biggest difference! We arrived at 2.30 as planned. It was the cherry on the cake which is why I scored so highly. Asked for the extra-long bed and was a good idea and as requested. Room 613 was suburb!

If I wasn't so spoilt the less luxury I could imagine I would just treat as normal. The room size. The rectangle shape i.e. long and narrow and tucked in a corner of that shape is the bathroom. Nowhere to put anything in that room but can make do easily. Had an issue with the tv to find the right stations but the lovely female staff member (sorry forgot her name) sorted it for us. Maybe the security with a key card to stop public access to floors.

Great location, so close to everything Wellington has to offer. Great sized room, comfy bed but was a bit on the warm side for us. Good sized well appointed bathroom. Love the atmosphere, staff and food in The Arborist. Did not need our room serviced during our 2 night stay so hung the Do Not Disturb on the door. When we came back later in the day, Housekeeping had left a bag outside the door with two full sets of fresh towels and an extra toilet roll, just incase. Could also use the bag for extra rubbish if needed. Nice touch people, very nice touch 👍Thinking the Trinity will be our new go to place when in Wellington.

Location was great. Bed really comfortable and room a good size. Staff on desk were really welcoming and friendly. Stored my bag for me as I arrived before the check in time due to flight. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Wellington.

Shower was really small and shower rose was fixed to the wall so couldn't adjust for my height. Don't like water pouring straight on the top of my head. There was only 1 stool to sit on yet the room was for 2 singles. Would have liked a chair rather than sit on the bed.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. We arrived close to midnight as our ferry was running late, but they made sure someone was still at reception to make our check-in quick and smooth. On-site parking for an additional fee. They also stock yummy hot chocolate as part of their complimentary drinks which was great for Miss 8 (usually you only find tea & coffee). Located just 10mins away from the ferry terminal and very central.

The jug wasn't working properly. I had to hold the button down continuously and wriggle it to make sure the water boiled eventually. Took a very long time. Also not really comfortable using water from the bathroom sink to fill up the jug, but that's a personal 'preference'. There was a lot of noise coming from the street as well so we had to keep the windows shut despite it being quite warm. In saying that, the hotel offers ear plugs, but again, personal preference as neither my daughter nor I can sleep with them.

The communication from the lovely lady at reception. I believe her name was Ruth. She went over and above with her hospitality. We were in wellington for the hikoi and running late. She text me asking how far away we were, and when we reached the motel she opened the door for the carpark. She then explained and gave us a map of how to get to our destination in the morning. We went for some dinner and she even text me to tell me my car lights were on. She was awesome thanks Ruth. And then the following morning when we were leaving the next guy was also very nice. Sorry I didn't get your name. 10/10 thanks so much.

We couldn't book another night as they were fully booked

The staff in reception when we arrived were lovely and helpful. Our room exceeded our expectations. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean and refreshed every day. We had absolutely no complaints about our stay. It was very quiet aside from some road noise but that's not the hotel's responsibility

Only critism was the dinner menu in the hotel restaurant. Poor choices we felt and overpriced for what was offered. Very disappointed as we had friends come to dine with us.

The staff i met were really helpful, my room was lovely and clean, they provide earplugs as the hotel is in Wgtn CBD but actually i didnt need tō use them

The location of the hotel car park. Getting in the first time is rather tricky, you have tō double park on a narrow Street then ring a number, then push a digit o your ph while double parked then the garage door opens so you can drive in. I was a bit nervous the first time, but after the first time i was more confident. This doesnt put me off staying there again though

My wife stayed here and this is her review It was true to its description. It was warm, had extra blankets and heater, hot shower, bed was comfortable it has so handy to everything central city, excellent restaurant nextdoor i had a fantastic breakfast, staff were amazing not only front desk but christine in housekeeping . The rooms are OLD and yup its not 5 star but it was just what I was after, excellent price, I wasn't in the room all day so it served me perfectly. Airline lost my luggage but the hotel was great and called me when it arrived which was before I could check in. I felt safe in the area by myself in the evenings Surrounded by great food and coffee places
