Hotel has a perfect location, right in the center - (not in Lido which is very far from the center (45 mins walking!)). Room had everything necessary. There was a possibility to store luggage after check out - for free. There is a public parking nearby (for approx. 4e/day-night). And a Laundry room 4 mins away. The terrace is nice! And the breakfast was very good. Good for multiple days stay as well. Main road with all the important bus stops (also Aerobus for the airport) is 10-15min walking down the road.

Amazing breakfast, hot and very delicious food every morning. Perfect view from restaurant windows, hotel has terrace, you can see all Funchal. Wifi very quick, good speed. Hotel is in city center, you can easily reach restaurants, food shops, cable car to Monte palace, CR7 museum. Hotel don’t have a car parking, but next to hotel is Santa Luzia parking (3,40 euros for all day). Staff is friendly, clean hotel, good room. Thank you so much for beautiful holidays ❤️

The property was massive the rooms was so spacious, and well clean. The rooftop terrance had a bar but wasn’t used and it didn’t look like it had been used in a while, that was a small let down. That being said however didn’t stop you taking a beer up and watching the stunning views from the rooftop. The restaurant was lovely and had an opportunity to eat outside and admire the views if you wanted too. It only cost us an extra €10 a night for a room with a balcony which we would recommend. Lovely hotel. One of the best wifi connections I’ve experienced for a hotel in a while each floor had its own wifi connection so you were always well connected!

The rooftop bar could have been well utilised as it would have been nice to be serve refreshing drinks whilst enjoying the views, you must have had something previously as you did see signs of a bar there but looked like it hadn’t been used for a while. That being said didn’t affect our stay at all.

The hotel reception was large and well-furnished. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel location was very good. I was able to store my luggage before and after check-in/ check-out times, which was very helpful. There was a parking plaza just behind the hotel. There were also some free parking spots near-by for overnight parking.

I would have appreciated being able to check-in to my room an hour earlier. But it wasn't allowed. There was no fridge in the room. I would have liked to have one in the room to store my drinks.

Great location - slightly outside of the main centre, so not too noisy, but in perfect reach of everything. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, even letting us leave our bags for a few hours after we had checked out. Bed was comfy. There was a good variety of food at breakfast, and the view from the breakfast room was beautiful.

We didn't have a great view from our room, but we hadn't paid extra for that, so it wasn't really expected. Unfortunately the room next door was a little noisy, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Hotel is very close to centre of Funchal (literally 5 min walking). Very clean room. Balcony with partial see view (but generally do not expect "beautiful view"). Wifi OK. Breakfast 7:30 - 10:30 with standard options - all ok. Ordered massage for my wife in hotel - it was just great. Very nice roof terrace with view.

Hotel does not offer own parking - but there is public parking for reasonable price (4.5 EUR per 24 hours) in 3 min walking distance.

It was super clean, bed was comfortable and the location allowed for a walking distance to most places. The city and see view was amazing. Very quiet at night. Access to the roof allowed for lovely evening if there is no wind.

If you are on 5th floor under restaurant, you can hear moving furniture from early morning. There is no kettle in the room. Breakfast was so so (mainly eggs, beans, sausages and lots of bread to choose from).

Our twin bedroom was very clean with plenty of storage space and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean with towels and toiletries included. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices (including wholemeal bread which is difficult to find in hotels). The location of the hotel is very central and most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. There is a roof terrace with wonderful views over the city of Funchal. Highly recommended.

Good location, you can walk to the city center, Av. do Mar, Av. Arriaga, shopping mall La Vie... Nice room with a small balcony overlooking Rua dos Netos. Very good breakfast with a nice view of Funchal. Staff friendly and helpful.

View of a noisy street. No parking.

Fair price, good value for money. Spacious room with an AC! Great location, the city center is in walking distance. Multiple parking garages around if you rented a car, I went along with Parking Santa Luzia (4.50€ for 24 hours). The breakfast was okay, nothing special - eggs, bacon, beans, bread etc. Reception open 24 hours, check in at night possible.

The breakfast may tolerate a little improvement.
