Ana was a lovely host, very helpful and easy to communicate with. She made us feel very welcome at this beautiful location. The house was a bit tricky to reach, but the view cannot be beat. It was a very relaxing place just outside of guimaraes, with convenient restaurants and groceries. It was peaceful and quiet.

The bathroom is very small and the accommodations are simple. We enjoyed the rustic feel of the place.

Small bathroom. Hard place to find, at the end of a desert road, with no signs saying AN Family Resort. There is a sign at the property gate saying Quinta São Martinho.

Amazing location for the views...left us speechless. Nice host.

The property had a lot of damp. Without the heating everything felt so cold. The water was visible on the walls and condensation all over the windows.We have a building company ourselves so we know it's not a healthy place to sleep in especially with small children. The TV was there but we could not find the remote control at all so we could not play a bit of it for the kids. The pool was being cleaned so we could not use it (plus it was April time). I expected to see more like in the photos but we did not.

Wonderful view and well maintained garden.

A terrible smell coming from the sink, the dog of the owner was barking all night and ruined our laundry outside (ate 2 of our swimming shorts), the beds are not comfortable and in bad condition, the facilities in the kitchen are rather poor and the pool needs maintenance.
