My go-to hotel in Lisbon – loved it! This was my second stay at Evolution in Lisbon, and I absolutely loved it. It’s become my go-to hotel in the city. The modern design, clean and comfortable rooms, and great evening vibe (including live music in the lobby!) make it a fantastic place to stay. Food is available 24/7, which is a big plus. What really stood out was the staff, especially Santiago at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. My first stay was with my son, and the second time I returned with both my son and sister. Each time was a great experience. We’ll definitely be back. Can’t wait!

Loved everything

Breakfast was very good, plenty of options. Very clean hotel

We were disappointed the swimming pool was not working, this was the reason we booked this hotel and were only told on arrival

Location is pretty good in my view. Not super close to the center so you don't get a lot of the craziness but not far that it takes much time to get there. Plenty of streets next to the hotel also allow you to park your car or easily hop on and off taxis. Lots of light in the rooms.

The lack of a proper cabin for shower and toilet is bothersome. If you are alone that is fine, but traveling in couple or family is probably going to create a slightly uncomfortable situation - to say the least. Parking fee is standard to Lisbon, but since this is not super city center, I expected a better price (per night). Also, food and beverage are pricier than I believe they could be - nevertheless, you have a cafe place 10 steps from the hotel that charges the average Lisbon rate.

Location was perfect! Right at the intersection of two major subway lines, it made it very easy to get around. Breakfast was good, could have used a little mire variety, and another coffee machine, as traffic got backed up at the coffee station.

The rooms were of a very futuristic style, but they tried to be too clever by half. Trying to figure out something as simple as turning various lights off and on, or raising/lowering the shades, was a real pain, due to the cryptic little symbols on the remote. And I never could figure out how to get the TV to work. KISS: Keep It Simple, Stupid!

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Lisbon and had an outstanding experience. The room was beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic and high-quality materials that added to the overall comfort and style. The service throughout my stay was excellent-professional, friendly, and always helpful. The breakfast was a real highlight: a wide selection of high-quality items, fresh and well-presented. The location is extremely convenient, just steps from a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. I also appreciated the on-site bar and restaurant-both stylish and welcoming. A great bonus: the bar is open 24/7, which was perfect for late-night or early-morning needs. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely choose it again for future stays in Lisbon.

Nothing comes to my mind

The hotel is very modern, it looks like you are entering a spaceship full of lights and very modern lines. The location is amazing, right in the centre of Lisbon. The staff are very kind and always helpful. The breakfast was not bad and the cleanliness was great. Also, I booked two nights for an excellent price for the quality of the hotel. Didn't have time to go to the SPA, but my wife did and she liked it too.

There's not too much to say here. All the good points are detailed in the previous question. If I needed to point out something "not good", I would only say the 'lights/blindings' electrical mechanism is a bit confusing, but it's such a small detail that I would never consider it an important thing.

I travelled with my 7 year old daughter and we LOVED our stay at Evolution! The swimming pool was simply amazing: we swam in the morning and also in the afternoon, and the view from the top while you swam was such a bonus. The sauna was the most relaxing thing, and my daughter could not stop helping herself to the free cucumber water! And all of this for free. What we loved the most was that, even though it was so beautiful, the pool and the spa area was never crowded, we really felt in a state of bliss. Even the beauty products in the room were incredibly good: nothing works on my fizzy hair, but that hair conditioner did the trick for me. And the room service was so attentive: you just had to put your sign on the door handle, and within ah hour the room was spotless again. But the best thing of all, was the breakfast: my daughter and I could not stop eating! Full English breakfast, cooked in the best and lightest of ways, with local patisserie (delicious), and then fruit, cappuccino, cake: everything you could ask for! My girl and I had such a great time at Evolution, that she often just wanted to stay and hang around at the hotel rather than going out! Thank you for giving us the best girls city break ever.

Nothing to improve.

The Food Service staff was exceptional! Especially Ester, Arthur and Palmira. Also Christiana at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. However, the manager of the Food Service was terrible. He was mean to the staff and made them nervous and tense every time he was around. In my humble opinion, the Food Service ran much better when he was not around. In addition, the maid service was very good, but towards the end of my stay, they started to slack off a bit and things started to be missed. One day my sheets did not get changed and a couple of days the pillow cases weren't changed. Things like that. Again, Ester, Arthur, Palmira and Christiana made my stay the best ever. I would go back to Evolution Lisboa just because of them even though the hotel costs a bit more than others.

The Food Service Manager and the cost of the hotel, but I get it...it's a high end hotel.

Location was great, less than an hour to walk to the old part of the city. Some good restaurants nearby including the Block House (Steak restaurant) Room was comfortable and had good facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed the 9th floor sauna with a view and pool.

The hotel is on a busy junction so there is road noise in the room (if you'd prefer you can have a quieter room without city view) but I wear earplugs anyway so it didn't disturb me. It was a shame that the steam room was out of action the whole 5 nights that I stayed here.

Great location, conveniently within walking distance to good restaurants. Staff is wonderful! Suzanne, the manager was super helpful and professional! One of our group member reserved a room but failed to follow instructions to pay in advance. Of course the hotel did not hold the room. Suzanne contacted the sister property down the street to get him his room. We appreciate her so much. Front desk staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast has a good variety of items. Breakfast staff are very attentive. Pool, sauna & steam room are great bonus after a long day of walking around Lisbon.

The toilet in the room is a weird configuration, would be good to have a wall separation for privacy.
