We love you Porto ! and what we loved about BNApartmentsRio: - wonderfully presented apartment : a masterclass in interior design adaptation... - tall ceilings - great big tall windows leading to - a great big wrought-ironed Porto balcony overlooking - a walkway for tourists to take in the charm of the street, your street on the way to - the best park overlooking a river Douro sunset - a great big cozy bed - big fluffy towels - a well-stocked and well-positioned kitchen, tucked away behind a lavish curtain - convenient clothes racks - two cafe tables - in-person key delivery and orientation by BnApartment Rio staff for sure we are booking this next return to Porto !

From the second we walked in to this immaculate, stylish loft-sized apartment, we had the most contented smiles on our faces. The facilities were great, with a kitchen and bathroom and even a dresser. The location wins though, you are walkable to all the best spots in Porto.

The Wifi stopped working on the first night we were there and sadly the host couldn't get it working for the duration of our stay. We still had a weak connection with the router on the first floor, but the speeds were pretty slow which meant we used data for any research we wanted to do about Porto.

Beautiful apartment with a very central location! I got the apartment with a rooftop terrace. The design of the apartment was absolutely beautiful! It had literally everything and even an iron and cooking tools.

Since there’s no reception, you need to agree exactly the time you’ll arrive or wait outside which was a bit scary as I arrived late in the evening.

+ very good location on a quiet street so you can get well deserved rest after sightseeing or business meetings + hair dryer, several towels, shower gels, ironing board and iron were provided + well equipped kitchen, you have everyting you need if you want to cook or have breakfast at the apartment + comfy bed with several pillows, nice decorations, smalm but sweet patio + good contact with the reception to agree on everything, they also gave us directions on how to get to the place

- there was a large house centipede in the apartment on our arrival but we understand that it may came in through the balcony so it happens, otherwise the apartment was clean and no other bugs appeared ;) - my friend agreed to do the check in at 15:00 as there is no reception inside the building, the landlord was late 30 mins and then he was talking to a potential booking client on the phone for the next 20min. As a result my friend lost the whole hour to check in, sign in the papers and get the entry cards - I think it could have been avoided as such a waste of time is a pity in such a beautiful place as Porto.

The apartment’s location in Porto is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city’s highlights on foot. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The real gem, though, is the terrace. It offers a beautiful, panoramic view of Porto.

The room we stayed in was quite dark. Additionally, the bed, bathroom, and TV could use a significant upgrade.

Amazing location and staff, was a perfect distance from everything assuming you don't mind walking hills.

Location at first was a little tricky to find, we got dropped at the top of the hill, we laughed when we realised you just had to walk down a street from the map

The apartment was clean, very cozy and spacious,the atmosphere was nice. Fabulous location ! Located on a steep hill, but this is common for Porto within walking distance to river, park, and multiple restaurants. The staff gave us a welcoming smile.

Bathroom needs a shelf to put something you want .

All was very well done. The apartment is newly refurbished & equipped and has all you could need.

My apartment was on the ground floor, and I could hear the main entrance door slamming all the time. Perhaps as a part of the check-in procedure, the other guests could be reminded that there's another apartment next to the door.

Perfect location. Very close to all atractions, restaurants. Cozy and clean room. Friendly host. Studio has everything you would need: kettle, iron, microwave, dishwasher and etc.

Cant really open the window because theres people walking, cars driving past. Would be good if there was different type of window or some blinds or grille some sort because it gets warm inside. Also you can hear people getting into the building through the door. Especially if they slam the doors loud.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. It was rainy day, they allowed us to leave the baggage inside and tried to check us in earlier Location of the apartment is really good, close to city center.

Bathroom could be bigger, there was no place to store shampoo or some cosmetics. :( we did not have a room with view of the city
