The location was excellent although I may have forgotten to read about having to carry suitcases up so many floors as no elevator. The room was lovely with a fabulous view. It was large with everything you could want and a really comfortable bed. The entry was easy and directions for parking were good although it took us ages to find the parking due to all one way streets. Expensive parking but no other option to ensure your car is safe and secure as the streets are very steep and narrow.

Couldn’t open the windows but found out later we could have sent a message to get them opened.

The hotel was conveniently located, but also in a relatively quiet area. There was everything I needed in the studio! Very cosy and more than enough room for a solo traveller. Think it’d be suitable for two. Very grateful for the complimentary wine too!

The only minor complaint I guess would be that the shower door didn’t close properly and ended up creating a small pool of water on the bathroom floor :( and the bathroom mat didn’t dry — think there was not enough ventilation. But not a dealbreaker.

Location is very good and the proprietor is very nice and helpful.

We had a room towards the inner courtyard. The room was very nice and quiet, but that quietness was disturbed at least once a day by some crazy neighbor throwing bird feed on the roof of the courtyard to the delight of large groups of seagulls and pigeons. Very noisy and unpleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at apartment # 21. It was very clean, spacious with a fabulous view and all the essentials even for cooking if needed. The fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks available for purchase at a very reasonable price, which was quite convenient. All the instructions on how to access the place were sent in advance, and we had no issues entering. The location was perfect for exploring Porto! Thanks for the welcome wine!

Great location, only a short walk down to the river. We were in room 2 which was small but well equipped and unique. The little restaurant at the corner Taberna Santo Antonio, about 20 steps to the right when you come out the front door, is a must for authentic Portuguese food. It always has a lineup. Make a reservation!

The only downside was that with suitcases you didn’t have room to put them anywhere though there was a large wardrobe but did t use it.

I liked the fact that the rooms were spacious and nice interior design. Personally, when I travel, I like decent rooms, I don't spend too much time outside so I prefer to have a nicer room. This was a great room to stay in.

It was quite cold when I was staying in the hotel. They do have heaters, The heater is near the entrance of the room. The bed is very far away from the entrance. If the heater/AC was located in the middle of the room, it would have been more effective. Also, they only had 1 kind of liquid soap, soap for hair, body, etc. Also seemed like the soap was watered down. The room itself was in a quiet location, however, the windows to outside were not at all soundproof. You would be able to hear the seagulls outside for sure.

The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness,. Our room was very quiet, and well stocked. .

We had a car, and finding the parking lot was not easy. (Google maps was not exact.) Having said that, the lot was clean and secure, but unless it is manned when you arrive (or you make arrangements ahead with the parking garage company?!? (No idea how you do that), you need to request a "daily rate". There are information buttons on the ticket payment machines that connect you with an attendant and we were assured that we could request the daily rate when we departed by speaking to the on-duty attendant. Not true, and we were quite surprised that our 2 day parking was Euro 61 of Euro 40 as we had expected.

Location was ideal for walking the old town monuments and restaurants. Veronica was THE hostess of the century. She gave us excellent suggestions and service. Always greeted us and cared if we were comfortable and happy. Parking was a gift! Get the parking app for the street. Top it up every two hours during the day and you will have a spot right outside your door for your stay.

Veronica and Monica were so helpful. We arrived early and were shown to our room. Veronica was so helpful with suggestions, made bookings for us, and was professional. The apartment is in a central area...cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment really well appointed and bed was beautifully comfortable.

We had a lovely stay here. A really well-located and comfortable apartment. Verónica was a great host. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information about places to visit. We will definitely return.
