The great customer service started even before we had left our home: the team had made sure to contact us, provide suggestions, arrange a transport (at a very reasonable price) and were readily available by whatsapp throughout our stay. The property provides many amnesties for free and some for an additional price, so make sure to read the rules :-)

two things we really did not like in the stay: 1) WiFi - the signal was very poor to non existent throughout the apartment. we found this is to be a common problem in Portugal. If you're planning to work, make sure to have a good cellular deal. 2) the wooden floor-boards were very noisy.

The property was very clean and spacious, and the staff waited for us to arrive to give us the information about the property in person - Marta was super friendly and helpful! The apartment was modern and comfortable, and the area was a great location for us to walk around. They accommodated my baby with a cot, a baby bath tub and towels and even had a play mat which was a nice touch! I left a couple things when I left and they messaged me quickly and I managed to recover them easily - I liked how the staff were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a minor thought - I would have preferred if the request to pay the deposit and accommodation payment was done a bit more in advance, as I panicked that I might not have been granted access if the payment didn't get through in time (I was on the train to Porto and was afraid I would lose connection!). Luckily everything went through, but staff were very accommodating anyway so was no problem in the end!

The apartment was immaculate and tthe location was perfect - central to a ton of amenities.

1. Rented a studio with a pull out sofa since I was travleing with my daughter. Only to find out there was an upcharge to use the pull out sofa. It wasn't overly expensive but it should have been disclosed at booking. 2. I would pass on the breakfast it was a little disappointing. There was some pre-sliced ham and eggs in the fridge but we received the same average rolls each morning - no variety. I ate so much great baked goods while in Porto - the breakfast rolls were not.

This is a wonderful apartment complex in one of the best areas in Porto. When we arrived it was very easy with just a few instructions to enter the apartments which were ready for us. Not only did every apartment have everything we needed but the view in one of the apartments was amazing - overlooking Porto - it was such a great experience to come home after a day of sightseeing and sit down by the balcony and relax with this great view. I will attach photos of the view. Everything we needed to see was walking distance and there was a supermarket nearby. Every day we would get fresh bread delivered and we had a stacked refrigerator with breakfast food from the hosts. The restaurants nearby were good too. There are even shades in the apartment that if you want to sleep until later in the day could create a blackout effect if you wanted it. Also my mother has a disability so there were just few stairs to the elevator and then we used the elevator and the bathrooms were walk-in so there was no problem with that at all. We want to thank the hosts - it is evident that the apartments were well-thought out so that the guests do not need anything else and in addition they are newly renovated and in the best area in Porto! We will definitely be staying here again!

I cannot think of anything really. Just a tip for people - the day we arrived was a Saturday and it was time for dinner - it is better to have a reservation because most of the restaurants nearby are all full and it will be hard to find somewhere to sit without a reservation. That is all :)

The staff were exceptional. I was in whatsapp contact with them before and during the trip and every little query i had was answered. It just gave us peace of mind to know that if there were any problems they would be quickly fixed. The location was brilliant, 5 mins walk from the Ribeira. The apartment was very attractive, outside and inside.

The street directly under our window was noisy at night, and a local venue played loud music until late. This disrupted our sleep which made the days in Porto a little less enjoyable because we were tired.

Clean, well-appointed apartment, exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, nice details like throw blankets and small games in the apartment. Staff was so friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp chat. It was nice of them to help store our luggage so we could enjoy the city for the few hours before arrival and after departure. The location was great - we could easily walk everywhere.

Wifi was spotty. We inquired about it a few times and they tried to restart the router. It might have been out of the property’s control.

Superb location. Clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable apartment. Great communication from the outset. Those looking after the apartment were eager to help with recommendations, answer any questions, and assist in any way.

It is a spacious apartment, but It's a little tight for any more than 4 as just one bathroom. Just one bath towel is available for each person. There's no washimg machine, so if you need it changed, then you have to buy a towel bundle for 5 euro.

I sent a message to the host that I had arrived and she met me at the door and brought me to the apartment. Then I was verbally walked through the apartment. Dos and don'ts. Check out time etc. The location was very good for my sight seeing. Ubers had no problem with our pick ups. I paid extra for breakfast and the refrigerator was pre stocked with juice, yogurt cheese, eggs, etc. Daily fresh croissants and rolls were delivered. The apartment had air conditioning which was appreciated on certain days.

Lovely accommodations. Very roomy and decorated nicely. Staff was very responsive and friendly. I didn’t listen carefully when given instructions on how to turn on air conditioning…you have to point the remote at the vent…but they were quick to help and were very nice about it. Great location. My teens lived the gelato place downstairs…we went every day we were there. Great restaurants located nearby and easy walk to waterfront. Greeted with complimentary tarts. Loved our stay.

Ribeira apartments is in a great area - with lots of small restaurants/cafes within an easy 5 minute walk Lots of amazing sights to see that were also in close proximity to the apartment The room had everything & more that we needed We also had great communication from Barbara prior to our stay to ensure our access was to the room & also communication to ensure we knew what to do when we vacated - made things very easy - would recommend this property
