The property was very clean and spacious, and the staff waited for us to arrive to give us the information about the property in person - Marta was super friendly and helpful! The apartment was modern and comfortable, and the area was a great location for us to walk around. They accommodated my baby with a cot, a baby bath tub and towels and even had a play mat which was a nice touch! I left a couple things when I left and they messaged me quickly and I managed to recover them easily - I liked how the staff were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a minor thought - I would have preferred if the request to pay the deposit and accommodation payment was done a bit more in advance, as I panicked that I might not have been granted access if the payment didn't get through in time (I was on the train to Porto and was afraid I would lose connection!). Luckily everything went through, but staff were very accommodating anyway so was no problem in the end!

The apartment was immaculate and tthe location was perfect - central to a ton of amenities.

1. Rented a studio with a pull out sofa since I was travleing with my daughter. Only to find out there was an upcharge to use the pull out sofa. It wasn't overly expensive but it should have been disclosed at booking. 2. I would pass on the breakfast it was a little disappointing. There was some pre-sliced ham and eggs in the fridge but we received the same average rolls each morning - no variety. I ate so much great baked goods while in Porto - the breakfast rolls were not.

This is a wonderful apartment complex in one of the best areas in Porto. When we arrived it was very easy with just a few instructions to enter the apartments which were ready for us. Not only did every apartment have everything we needed but the view in one of the apartments was amazing - overlooking Porto - it was such a great experience to come home after a day of sightseeing and sit down by the balcony and relax with this great view. I will attach photos of the view. Everything we needed to see was walking distance and there was a supermarket nearby. Every day we would get fresh bread delivered and we had a stacked refrigerator with breakfast food from the hosts. The restaurants nearby were good too. There are even shades in the apartment that if you want to sleep until later in the day could create a blackout effect if you wanted it. Also my mother has a disability so there were just few stairs to the elevator and then we used the elevator and the bathrooms were walk-in so there was no problem with that at all. We want to thank the hosts - it is evident that the apartments were well-thought out so that the guests do not need anything else and in addition they are newly renovated and in the best area in Porto! We will definitely be staying here again!

I cannot think of anything really. Just a tip for people - the day we arrived was a Saturday and it was time for dinner - it is better to have a reservation because most of the restaurants nearby are all full and it will be hard to find somewhere to sit without a reservation. That is all :)

Clean, well-appointed apartment, exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable, nice details like throw blankets and small games in the apartment. Staff was so friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp chat. It was nice of them to help store our luggage so we could enjoy the city for the few hours before arrival and after departure. The location was great - we could easily walk everywhere.

Wifi was spotty. We inquired about it a few times and they tried to restart the router. It might have been out of the property’s control.

I sent a message to the host that I had arrived and she met me at the door and brought me to the apartment. Then I was verbally walked through the apartment. Dos and don'ts. Check out time etc. The location was very good for my sight seeing. Ubers had no problem with our pick ups. I paid extra for breakfast and the refrigerator was pre stocked with juice, yogurt cheese, eggs, etc. Daily fresh croissants and rolls were delivered. The apartment had air conditioning which was appreciated on certain days.

Lovely accommodations. Very roomy and decorated nicely. Staff was very responsive and friendly. I didn’t listen carefully when given instructions on how to turn on air conditioning…you have to point the remote at the vent…but they were quick to help and were very nice about it. Great location. My teens lived the gelato place downstairs…we went every day we were there. Great restaurants located nearby and easy walk to waterfront. Greeted with complimentary tarts. Loved our stay.

The location was fantastic - close to everything. The apartment was very comfortable - a very firm bed which I like but may not suit everyone. Nice little balcony although no view. Good communication throughout our short stay and they accommodated our later than planned check-in very well

Seemed to be excessive instructions/rules and the items for purchase were too expensive

Convenience - both location and the range of services provided in advance by the host. We booked the breakfast for our first day and that was very convenient for our toddlers and elderlies. On our second day we booked a babysitter for our toddlers through the link provided, so we were able to visit the port lodges.

The sofa bed in our one-bedroom apartment had a bended surface and was not that comfortable. In the bedroom there is a section of the wall being transparent, meaning we cannot prevent the light coming in from the living room (we put our toddlers in the bedroom and we slept in the living room). In our second, two bedroom apartment (where our parents stayed) there was a small water leakage from the shower but did not cause major problem.

We were welcomed on arrival by the super friendly José Salvador, who even carried our suitcases upstairs. He showed us around the flat and gave us valuable information about Porto. There was also a delicious homemade cake waiting for us. The flat was totally cosy and spotlessly clean. It is strategically located, restaurants, shops, sights, Sao Bento and the other side of the river are all close by. The hosts could be contacted at any time and the contact with them was always very warm and pleasant. We felt very well looked after. Highly recommend this flat for a trip to Porto!

Before you complain afterwards: ;-) - The flat is on the fourth floor without a lift and the central location can also mean noise. (However, neither of these factors bothered us)

We were greeted by the wonderful Luiz, who gave us the best recommendations for Port tasting tours and other daily excursions. He checked on us through the week, attending to our needs! Last year my son and other family members stayed at this property and that is why we booked with them this year and without a doubt we will be back! The location was ideal for dining, fado, access to waterfront, restaurants and night life. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Loved the windows, great views!
