Excellent appointment in a great location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The property managers were very nice and helpful, allowed early check in since we had a toddler with us. The made special arrangements to get our apartment clean/ready for us. We greatly appreciated the hospitality! Overall had a wonderful experience staying here.

Spacious modern apartment in renovated old building. Very centrally located. Comfortable bed. Lots of brightness and high ceilings. Very close to the metro making it very accessible from the airport.

Noise from the street and construction across the road required that we keep our windows closed. Windows well soundproofed but required that we use fans most days... no AC. Cannot imagine staying there when temps get into the 30C's. We were fortunate that temps were in the low 20C's. Having a washing machine would be ideal... ok with no dishwasher. Kitchen amenities rather basic.

Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by an impeccably clean and pleasing environment. The attention to cleanliness is evident, making it a very comfortable place to stay.

Great clean apartment- Great Location. Central to everything. No need for any transport, as everything could be accessed by walking.

Always remember that the checkin time is 4pm. Hence if you arrive early, you can leave the luggage after 11.30am and then come back to collect the keys at 4pm. This is not a negative feedback, but some travellers forget that like hotels you could checkin in early.

Very spacious apartment with everything you need for a short break. Large, very comfortable bed - we slept like babies! Great location within walking distance of the river and any number of fantastic restaurants. Lovely roof top views. Tip - We considered a taxi back to the airport but discovered that there is a metro next to the railway station (only a few minutes walk up the street). It was then a couple of stops to Trindade before changing onto the airport line which was really straightforward.

Location is close enough to walk to everything but far enough away from the loudness of live music performers. Very clean and the bed was big and comfortable.

Could use a smart TV so that you can login to your apps as there is limited channels. The TV cord also tends to loosen quite often. Pillows are a bit lumpy. The neighbour across the way also has an odd habit of washing her daily underwear and hanging them out to dry everyday which also let's you guess when she's having some romantic times. There is an apartment right across the street which is named almost exactly the same which is somewhat confusing.

This apartment is in a great location, close to most amenities, including restaurants, shops, and public transport. The apartment was beautifully furnished to a high standard, making it both comfortable and stylish. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. A lovely place to stay—highly recommended!

I was disappointed with the delay in receiving check-in instructions on my arrival day. As confirmed, I was expecting the instructions by the morning of check-in, but I did not receive them until after midday—and only after I had followed up multiple times. This caused unnecessary stress, as I was unsure about accessing the property. In the future, I would recommend ensuring that guests receive check-in details promptly, as promised, to avoid similar inconveniences. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Excellent, central location, close to Sao Bento and could walk everywhere. Staff were also very friendly and helpful and instructions on how to enter the property were clear. The apartment is nicely furnished and very clean and the beds were comfortable. The soundproofing facing the main street of the apartment was very good.

The key was difficult to use to open the room. Our bedroom was at the back of the apartment and there was noise so I don’t think the soundproofing was as good there. Also because the windows were at street level, it was very dark as we had to keep the curtains drawn at all times, the same in the second bedroom as it opened into a stair well. A coffee table in the living room would make a big difference as well as a washing machine (even a communal one for the building). TheTv was also very small and dated (but not a big issue as we weren’t there to watch TV).

There is no front desk so everything was through booking.com app. You need to have Wi-Fi constantly to communicate with the property ahead of time. The door code was e-delivered at ~3pm on the day of my stay.

Staff was very helpful, Maria was awesome! Good location, walking distance to almost everything!
