Excellent appointment in a great location. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The property managers were very nice and helpful, allowed early check in since we had a toddler with us. The made special arrangements to get our apartment clean/ready for us. We greatly appreciated the hospitality! Overall had a wonderful experience staying here.

Spacious modern apartment in renovated old building. Very centrally located. Comfortable bed. Lots of brightness and high ceilings. Very close to the metro making it very accessible from the airport.

Noise from the street and construction across the road required that we keep our windows closed. Windows well soundproofed but required that we use fans most days... no AC. Cannot imagine staying there when temps get into the 30C's. We were fortunate that temps were in the low 20C's. Having a washing machine would be ideal... ok with no dishwasher. Kitchen amenities rather basic.

So it's kind of difficult to rate the precise location because we orignaly booked 160 Mouzinho but a few days before we arrived there was a water problem so the host offered us an upgrade to 150 Mouzinho so this rating is for that location! The place is wonderful, spacious and clean. The communication with the host was seamless. Everything you need is available, room was cleaned on a daily basis, price point was great for Porto and the location was central to everything!

One of the rooms has a strange window leading to the kitchen/hallway which i found weird but there are shades to cover it to no worries. That room does not have an actual window to the outside.

This apartment, nestled right in the heart of the city, offers exceptional convenience and comfort. Its location is a major highlight, as it is easily accessible and places you at the center of everything the city has to offer. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by an impeccably clean and pleasing environment. The attention to cleanliness is evident, making it a very comfortable place to stay.

Very quiet air conditioners for both bedrooms and the living room kept the apartment comfortable. With kids (teenagers), the two separate beds and no windows (dark and quiet) in their bedroom, meant they slept well. Windows did a great job blocking most street noise. Decent size kitchen and eating area. Clean and attractive. Comfy sofa. Bathroom had plenty of storage for toiletries. Location is right in the heart of the tourist area which is extremely busy (July). All in all, our favourite accommodation on this trip.

A few more kitchen things would have been nice... cutting board, stopper for kitchen sink, some supplies like olive oil and salt for cooking. Maybe an iron and ironing board.

Very spacious apartment with everything you need for a short break. Large, very comfortable bed - we slept like babies! Great location within walking distance of the river and any number of fantastic restaurants. Lovely roof top views. Tip - We considered a taxi back to the airport but discovered that there is a metro next to the railway station (only a few minutes walk up the street). It was then a couple of stops to Trindade before changing onto the airport line which was really straightforward.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Location is close enough to walk to everything but far enough away from the loudness of live music performers. Very clean and the bed was big and comfortable.

Could use a smart TV so that you can login to your apps as there is limited channels. The TV cord also tends to loosen quite often. Pillows are a bit lumpy. The neighbour across the way also has an odd habit of washing her daily underwear and hanging them out to dry everyday which also let's you guess when she's having some romantic times. There is an apartment right across the street which is named almost exactly the same which is somewhat confusing.

Great clean apartment- Great Location. Central to everything. No need for any transport, as everything could be accessed by walking.

Always remember that the checkin time is 4pm. Hence if you arrive early, you can leave the luggage after 11.30am and then come back to collect the keys at 4pm. This is not a negative feedback, but some travellers forget that like hotels you could checkin in early.

1) good central location to go up the hill Into more of Porto and down the hill to the river and the bars and restaurants and, across the river, to the Port wine houses. 2) good/solid quality refurbishment of an historic property. 3) well equipped with all the kit needed for a stay. 4) the cleaners were good and helpful. 5) we did not miss the lack of a physical reception.. the contact via Booking messages and then Whats App was quick, professional and helpful.

The only minor whinge would be that the shower water pressure could have been better.

This apartment is in a great location, close to most amenities, including restaurants, shops, and public transport. The apartment was beautifully furnished to a high standard, making it both comfortable and stylish. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. A lovely place to stay—highly recommended!

I was disappointed with the delay in receiving check-in instructions on my arrival day. As confirmed, I was expecting the instructions by the morning of check-in, but I did not receive them until after midday—and only after I had followed up multiple times. This caused unnecessary stress, as I was unsure about accessing the property. In the future, I would recommend ensuring that guests receive check-in details promptly, as promised, to avoid similar inconveniences. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
