Staff super friendly and helpful with very good English, always a bonus. Clean as a whistle, very important for everyone, right? Location could not be better as it`s super central. Bathroom with a good power shower and spotlessly cleaned everyday. Value for money full stop.

Bar is closed as I like a night cap, but was able to purchase some bottled drinks including beer after talking to the excellent receptionist who took time out to serve me and also chat about the city and places to go, he needs 5* for sure.

The location is near perfect. We could easily walk to the river and spend nice times on the Cais, watching the bridge, eat/drink something, listen to live music. The property itself is clean and complete, what you might expect of a 3 star hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough but not big. Just right.

The bathroom sink was rather small and a bit inconvenient and there was no place (a planchette or something similar) to put our stuff.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Th price is great and according to the hotel and the services! The breakfast was good! The staff was friendly and the communication was great! They organized my transportation to and from the airport super fast and without complications!

The room probably need a little more ventilation! The bed is hard and the pillows tall! For me it wasn't an issue at all, but not everybody like this. The cleaning service came every day, but in my opinion sometimes too early! In my opinion they should start Al least until breakfast time is closed, because you sometimes want to relax and take your time! And of course they waited and came back, but just a thought!

Location was perfect with parking garage one block away. Right next to the stock exchange palace, St. Francis Church and wine institute. Borges Market across the street. Flores avenue and Ribeira a few blocks away. Great massive 12.50 euro breakfast. Room was adequate in size. Clean room. Staff friendly and helpful.

It was all good. Get there early. Park in the garage IF you can't find parking. Move the car asap because the garage charges 60 euros per day.

Location close to ribeira and 7min walking from São Bento station

Breakfast was good, a selection of hot and cold food, pastries and bread. Cappuccino was very good. Location was superb, right in the heart of the historical centre and very easy to reach everything of interest.

When I booked there was a bar, a prerequisite for us as we like to have a nightcap. Unfortunately the bar was closed and there were no refreshments on offer and no lounge area to relax.

Fantastic location. Very walkable and safe location. Close to everything. We walked to every site for first time visiting Porto. Large room, comfortable room, bathroom. Very nice and delicios breakfast. Nice stay for New Year Celebration. Would return again.

I would say, cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to their work . Not soundproofed, could hear people going in/out , slamming doors.

Location was ideal ,staff were friendly.

The hotel was modern, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. The biggest plus was its location. It’s a 1 minute walk to Flower Street which is a hub of restaurants and lovely buildings. It’s also walking distance to many other areas of interest.

We loved everything. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks.

Location was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. the hotel well beautiful is an older building and has older building issues. Even though it was very hot while we were there, the air-conditioning was sufficient to cool the room.

The shower design has issues which results in flooding of the bathroom if you’re not very careful.
