Staff super friendly and helpful with very good English, always a bonus. Clean as a whistle, very important for everyone, right? Location could not be better as it`s super central. Bathroom with a good power shower and spotlessly cleaned everyday. Value for money full stop.

Bar is closed as I like a night cap, but was able to purchase some bottled drinks including beer after talking to the excellent receptionist who took time out to serve me and also chat about the city and places to go, he needs 5* for sure.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Th price is great and according to the hotel and the services! The breakfast was good! The staff was friendly and the communication was great! They organized my transportation to and from the airport super fast and without complications!

The room probably need a little more ventilation! The bed is hard and the pillows tall! For me it wasn't an issue at all, but not everybody like this. The cleaning service came every day, but in my opinion sometimes too early! In my opinion they should start Al least until breakfast time is closed, because you sometimes want to relax and take your time! And of course they waited and came back, but just a thought!

Fantastic location. Very walkable and safe location. Close to everything. We walked to every site for first time visiting Porto. Large room, comfortable room, bathroom. Very nice and delicios breakfast. Nice stay for New Year Celebration. Would return again.

I would say, cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to their work . Not soundproofed, could hear people going in/out , slamming doors.

Great location. Main hotel and room was spotless clean. Corridors smelt a little musty, but it did not follow into the room. Perfect for a couple of nights, but not any longer.

The room was very basic and quite small, but the cleanliness made up for it. It looked much better in the photos. Bring your own hairdryer. The one provided is terrible. Blows out luke warm air, so you can not style your hair, which is disappointing when you're getting ready for a nlght out. Also, bring your own toiletries as the ones provided won't suffice.

The hotel was modern, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. The biggest plus was its location. It’s a 1 minute walk to Flower Street which is a hub of restaurants and lovely buildings. It’s also walking distance to many other areas of interest.

We loved everything. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make hot drinks.

I got into Hotel da Bolsa after a horrible experience at Casa Musica Apartments - also on Booking.com - where I was shown to a basement room with open vents to the sidewalk and busy street. Wonderful Hotel da Bolsa is located close to the action but far enough away to be calm. It has a mature person's bar that is easy to hang out in, and the rooms were a great value for the price. The staff was friendly and I simply loved the place.

Nothing to complain about here - possibly a better pillow but honestly, the place was a great value for the price. I highly recommend the hotel.

This is our 3rd stay at the hotel and at 3 star rating, it's value for money and very popular because of the location. The rooms are a bit dated and needs refurbishment badly but the location keeps the hotel full. This trip we managed to get a twin room on the 5th floor and had a mini view of the river plus a proper walk-in shower and bathroom window! Powerful hairdryer in the bathroom. The lower floors were mainly showers in the bathtub, and generally small in size. The Aircon worked well, beds were comfy and plenty of English channels on the TV. WiFi speed was sufficient to stream. The breakfast room was spacious and plenty of fresh fruit and local breads/pastries plus a juicer machine to make your own orange juice. It even had bananas! Very rare for most hotels. 5 minutes walk down to the river and plenty of restaurants. Hotel staff were friendly too.

The bath towels are too thin and almost 1 ply tissue paper! No parking of course and the coffee machine at breakfast was horrible for us coffee lovers! Had to go to a local coffee house later. No refrigerator in the rooms to chill our bottled water.

Room was really good size and really well appointed. Location of hotel was great and really handy for everything I wanted to visit. This was an additional night after a 2 night stay on a G Adventures tour.

Breakfast was ok and in quite a cramped room. While gluten free options were available they were microwaved in sealed plastic bag they came in and were not great quality.
