Location, breakfast, view as well as friendly employees. Unit #301 is truly unique.

We were on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was still not working when we left. We really had to plan our day to avoid having to walk those stairs more than once! The young man on the desk carried our luggage up but when we checked out at 6AM and it took me two trips to get our bags to the front door. Really low ceiling in the bedroom with no closet or dresser and the bathroom was on the lower level. Inconvenient… not recommended for seniors or folks with disabilities.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Porto which meant we could walk everywhere. The room was very spacious and a great size. The service from Flores 36 was brilliant, responded to emails and messages - gave great advice for local resturants. Breakfast was included and was delicious, quite a lot for two people. AC in the room was brilliant.

The bed was not very comfortable. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear movement from the other rooms, which is not great if you are a light sleeper. As we stayed for 5 days the room was cleaned once, but they could of emptied the bins again.

The location was great. It was close to shops (mercados), and although it was on a very central, busy street, it faced a quiet back courtyard and had a cute balcony with a scenic view, where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed. And a carafe of port waiting for us on the table was a very nice touch.

Our with a loft bedroom, which probably would be better suited for younger guests. We would book a one-level room next time.

Excellent location within walking distance to main train station at San Bento. Can be slightly noisy as you are on one of the main streets but we noticed no music from street artists after 10pm so we embraced the fact that we were in the middle of the tourist area..our apartment was amazing, large and clean, well laid out with everything we required for a comfy stay..we highly recommend these apartments and would happily stay again..

Property was wonderful, great location, nice and clean rooms and wonderful staff.

This location sits perfectly on Flores in the centre of the city. It's a comfortable and quiet place to stay given it is literally overlooking the fairly busy pedestrian street below that leads directly to the central train station. The room was great was also perfect for our needs. Comfortable, clean and well-maintained. We were a short walk away from everything so it was perfect for coming back to the room for a pit stop - bathroom break, shower, top up on water - before heading straight back out into the city!

The bathroom was quite small. Not very small, but similar to a small ensuite. The shower for me, being fairly broad-shouldered and athletically built, was quite tight to get in and out of and the toilet was easily the smallest I have ever used. I actually had to sit sideways to do my business on the thing.

Great place in the centre of Porto, balcony to the street, where you can hear musicians. But if you dont want, the place can be very calm. Amazing breakfast. We enjoyed our stay to the maximum.

The bed was really comfortable, the location was excellent. It was easy to check-in ( automatic) and there was a free water distributor which we could use to fill our bottles

Everything was good. There is a bar downstairs that has a dj performance until 1:30. It didnt bother us both it might be noisy sometimes

Ideal location. Excellent breakfast delivered to your door. Spacious room, kitchen well stocked.

Lift was not working. Fire alarm went off during night but as the reception is not manned at night and there is no contact number, we had no way of contacting owner. The fire brigade checked the building before letting us back in

The building was very nice and room was a good size for my family of four. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The location was fantastic. We were central to everything and felt like we were in the heart of the action.

I didn't have access to internet on my phone at the time we arrived which made communicating with the host difficult, especially since no one was on site to welcome us. It's is actually very clear and easy if you get the message with the entry code. in the overall scheme of things, it's a minor glitch.
