This property we stayed was on R. de Mouzinho da Silveira 290, apartment 1D and it exceeded our expectations. It was a modern 2-bedroom duplex with a elevator in the building. The first level had the living room with a 2-story high ceiling and a large balcony overlooking the street. On the same level was kitchen and a large bathroom. The second level had 2 bedrooms. It was immaculate and clean and tastefully decorated. It was on a busy street, but windows must be good quality, which kept it quiet, and we didn't hear anything inside the apartment. The best part was the location, which was 2 minutes from Sao Bento station. It was 5 mins from Porto Cathedral and 6-7 minutes from the Luis I bridge. There were some awesome restaurants in the side streets including Japanese restaurant Kanpai in the same building. The property management office is a 2 min walk from the apartment on R. de Mouzinho da Silveira 290. Overall, it was a 5 star experience for us.

This is not a criticism, but a note to other travelers to carry their own coffee powder, salt, sugar and condiments (if needed). We knew about it and had carried them with us. In fact, we left our salt, pepper, ketchup packets for other guests.

Great little apartment in a fantastic position close to the station and within walking distance to everywhere. Plenty of local cafes, restaurant and bars. Lovely urban view. It had just been repainted.The street is noisy but the windows are very effective in blocking the noise. Check in staff were very welcoming and helpful. The lift was great as we were on the 4th floor. The shower was absolutely amazing, great water pressure and a huge space. Plenty of towels and toilet roll....all very important!

The only thing we didn't like is the upstairs bedroom is up some quite steep steps.....maybe not good for older people and is nowhere up there to put your clothes.....no wardrobe or drawers....not so good if 2 couples are sharing. Another minor point was no corkscrew/bottle opener.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! We had the duplex unit, and it was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious—more than enough room for our family to relax and feel at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony with stunning views of the city. The location couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed was within a 10-minute walk, and there were plenty of great restaurants just across the street. Having an elevator was a huge bonus, especially with luggage. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basic amenities, which made it easy to prepare breakfast. Overall, this apartment was a fantastic find, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The only thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy at night, as the apartment faces a main street. We occasionally heard cars or garbage trucks, but it wasn’t a major issue and we were mostly able to sleep through it. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

The location is right in the center and close to the train station. A bit noisy as the apartment is on the main street, but with ear plugs I slept fine. Kids were fine. The apartment was big and with the high ceilings it seems even bigger. The equipment is good and the place was well decorated and very clean. We did have an issue with the door code and the key was not where we were told, but I called the reception and someone came within 5 minutes to hand us the keys, give us a map and answered any questions we had. Very helpful and kind.

The elevator broke down in the middle of our stay which was a little bit of an issue with luggage but other than that, everything was fine.

Location, friendly staff. About two blocks away from the Luis bridge. Kid friendly, they were able to provide a bath tub, high chair and crib. Wish there were small stools as well. Thank you for the reasonable timely responses, clear check in instructions!!

There were construction on the road made it very hard for taxi to go in and out, we had to carry our luggage over these construction obstacles, it was hard with kids. Also the all bathroom door locks were not locking. Not sure if it was us not knowing how to lock, none of us were able to lock them, lucky we're traveling as a family, it will be so embarrassing if it's with friends.

I liked how easy it was to book, and I arrived after check-in hours , and they were able to give us instructions to enter the property and gain access to our key card. The next day we met with the owners and settled payments. The location is perfect; it's close to all main attractions—it's a 5-10 minute walk. It felt like a safe neighborhood. The apartment is big and comfortable and has a kitchen with plates and utensils, a big shower, and a clean bathroom. The common area is great, with a flat-screen TV and multiple windows you are able to open and enjoy the views (you can see the cathedral from the apartment). Beds were comfortable as well. 10/10 would recommend

The apartments are located on a main street, so be mindful that there are car noises, people, etc. But it is not annoying. Dont be discouraged.

Excellent location. Close to so many shops and restaurants. The apartment is modern and has plenty of space for everyone. There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower upstairs, and then living area with kitchen and another full bathroom with shower downstairs. There is a washing machine located in a closet outside in the patio but we did not use it. There was quite a bit of construction going on in Porto during our visit, but we always travel with white noise machines and it never bothered us one bit. There is an air conditioner in each room which worked with no problem. We took the train in from Lisbon and we first stopped at the reception building to check in and get the keys. The staff at reception are so kind and friendly. The actual apartment is located down the street from the reception but still very close. Both buildings have very quick and easy access to the train station. All in all, it was a great value and a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again when we return to Porto.

The reception room, conveniently located in the same building as our apartment, was staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. We were even able to check in earlier than anticipated. Situated in the heart of Porto's tourist attractions, the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night. Sao Bento train station, a short walk away, is ideal for day trips outside the city. The nearby Rue Das Flores offers a plethora of restaurants and cafes, making the location truly superb. Though compact, the apartment was impeccably clean and tidy. As we only stayed two nights, we didn't extensively use the kitchen. This property is highly recommended for first-time visitors to Porto.

The apartment was really comfortable and clean, and felt very spacious. It was well equipped with everything you'd need and the WiFi was great. It was in a brilliant location in the historical area of Porto, all the main sights were in walking distance and there were loads of restaurants and cafes all around. It was really handy for the main Sao Bento train station too. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them.

There was noise coming from the stairwell when other guests came in late at night and stomped around. But this was not within the control of the staff, just other people not being considerate. The sliding bathroom door was really hard to move.

The location was great, very central to the river and sightseeing highlights. The furniture and styling were modern and of good quality. Aircon units in the living room and bedroom was practical to control the temperature. There’s a lift and stairs which is great if you’re travelling with anyone who’s not good with stairs. Kitchen equipment is basic but we didn’t actually cook. Soundproof windows were a must as it’s a busy street outside. Keyless entry to the building for checkin was also a plus. We were able to go to reception the next morning which made everything a little less stressful. Plenty of restaurant options nearby and a bus stop directly in front were also super convenient. There were very minor things like one of the curtains hanging slightly of the rod and a lamp shade didn’t work as the plug had been damaged by the couch. It would have been nice to have basic instant coffee/ teabags in the kitchen. But that’s knitpicking, it was a great apartment and we enjoyed our stay.
