The staff was good and the room was nice and clean The day I arrived there was a power outage in the hotel but the staff were really nice and mentioned that this never happened before and sorted the situation ones the power was back

I booked the room with an access to a gym but unfortunately the gym was under maintenance through my whole booking

Friendly staff who were helpful with local knowledge. The accessible room had good facilities, was clean and had tea and coffee making options although no biscuits.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price I paid but this would have been nice as the location of the hotel was not very close to any restaurants etc and we didn't have a car. Unfortunately, the menu at the hotel restaurant was not to our taste and the inclusion of more simple food choices would have been very welcome.

Only comment I would have that I think the additional 20,- for breakfast and 20,- parking is kinda expensive….. if each would be around 12,50 would be more fair never gonna eat 20,- of breakfast or park for a evening/night for 20,- but aye

Hotel facility as expected. I stay here time to time, when I am visiting Berlin for various reasons. Good breakfast and nice hotel room.

Swimming pool was a bit too much disappointing. There was now supervision. Some young middle east teenager gang appeared at one point in the swimming pool area, dressed up and with boots on. Nobody to kick them out. Also the water quality was really bad, with some microparticles floating in the water...

The hotel was amazing. Good value for money. Extremely close to u bahn station. Staff was helpful and fluent in english.

Far from airport. In order to reach city center took awhile.. No supermarkets or restaurants near hotel

Breakfast was Expensive During my stay the power was shut dawn for almost one Hour

The room floor had not Carpet and there was no Sundale to use in order to go to toilet or walk on floor . The shower need to have a curtain, whenever i took shower, the toilet floor was wet, this will face the maintenance team job also very difficult and no guest like it.

Room was really spacious and pretty clean, had everything you would need and the check in went smoothly. The workers are friendly.

Maybe not the closet to the main city of berlin, but really close to the train station which can get you everywhere pretty much

It was located just 10 minutes from our son and his wife which made our visit convenient. The staff was very helpful and efficient and we had a lovely suite with 2 bathrooms , large closets, etc. perfect for a 2 week stay.

The breakfast offers limited variety with no live cooking or counter service. Additionally, the location is outside the city, with few shopping options nearby. Not good for Indians

I liked so much all the facilities and the restaurant is also very good. The pool and sauna was a good point too.

The hotel is not so close to the main tourist locations, but we can get the public transport and get there.
