It was a very nice and large room at an excellent price given the central location. It was quiet in and around the hotel and the beds were great so I could sleep very well - not a given in a big city. The staff were friendly as well. Definitely my best hotel stay in Berlin so far.

The shower was quite weak, which I'm not used to. I didn't try the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive, but that wasn't a problem as there are so many excellent breakfast options within just a few minutes walk. There is some refurbishment work going on, but I didn't mind that at all as long as the room is nice which it was.

Very spacious room which was cleaned everyday. When we were still in the room the staff was very nice and did not bother us. The staff in general was very nice and helpful. Very good worth for the money, close to many cafés and other food places for breakfast or dinner. Also many scooters close and 2 minutes away feom a bus and metro stop so it was easy to reach. We are extremely happy with our stay. They were very flexible with our late check in time and it was not a problem. Both check-in and check-out were very clear and went really fast.

You could not stream anything to the tv as you had to use a wifi network that was paid.

Just the perfect location for the concert that I was going to in Hermanstrasze as well as for quickly and easily accessing the centre of Berlin for sightseeing - literally one minute from the U-Bahn. The stay was very comfortable especially in the 30C temperatures outside. Staff were all friendly and professional.

Unfortunately due to renovations going on, the bar wasn't open fully during my stay, though I'm sure that this is just a temporary thing and didn't greatly impact on my experience

Everything inside the hotel was perfect! Spacious room, white striped linen, two pillows to choose, kettle for tea/coffee. Luggage room. Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay!

I don’t know why nobody writes about it, but please read about Neukolln district of Berlin before making a booking, because the hotel is located exactly there. Once you step out the hotel door, you enter into scaring environment of very poor district. During the day it was more or less ok to walk there, but as the dark comes, I wouldn’t advise to go there on foot.

Comfortable bed, room temperature was perfect, the bedroom and the bathroom were clean, free internet connection was fast enough, the little refrigerator turned out useful, the satellite TV allowed us to watch some programs in Italian

The remote control for the TV was missing some controls (no volume, no numbers, no coloured buttons), we could only select the channel to watch by scrolling the menu and pressing the OK button! Anyway, we spent most of our time visiting places so it was not a big deal.

Housekeeping the worst in all 4 star hotels we have ever stayed in. On the second day of staying we returned to our room to find the window half open, used dirty glasses and a cup left as they were, empty hand soap wasn’t refilled and the next day we returned from breakfast to find the maid folding the blanket on the floor. We seriously hope there will be some changes.

I like that the staff spoke English and they were very professional and friendly 👌

I didn't like that they don't have a 24-hour cleaning service. And that bottle of water wasn't free. And also that all the TV channels' languages were in German and you had to have a special code to the other wifi network to connect your phone or laptop to the TV.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Berlin Tempelhof Mercure. The hotel is on par with 90s theme, so even though some may find it a little out dated, if you don’t plan on spending all your time in a hotel room, it does the job! Our room was quite spacious, the mattress was firm (which we prefer), the bathroom was decent in size, and the temperature of the room in winter was perfect (windows do open if you need fresh air)! The location is great, within walking distance to 2 ubahn lines, which made it very easy to navigate around town. The neighbourhood itself felt relatively safe and we didn’t have any issues walking around at night. Just a fair warning for newbies to watch out for locals setting off fireworks during new year celebrations!

Although tidy, the room could have been a little cleaner. It was a bit dusty, so just a warning with those susceptible to allergies and hayfever.

Chose this hotel because it is very close to our son's apartment. It is in a good location for visiting Tempelhof and other attractions are easily accessible via the U-Bahn. Room was large and well equipped (we chose a privilege suite but double rooms were also good). Great buffet breakfast. Small fitness gym. Good bar area. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Wouldn't choose room at front again as it was noisy, being beside the main road, and there was too much light from the street. Bar expensive but this is normal for hotels.

All the facilities of a luxury hotel for a reasonable price, In Berlin town, within 3 minutes of an underground station that makes everything accessible. Responsive personnel.

The neighborhood is rather run down. But you will not spend much time there if your aim is to visit the Capital. Only one minuscule remark on the room: when draining the water after a bath, the pipes were rather noisy. But I guess they have fixed the issue by now
