The location and the breakfast

The staff at the breakfast took care of the arabs clients more. U dont get the same treatment if you are not an arab.

Excellent location, infront of the main gate of Haram. Easy access to all facilities, shops, restaurants near Haram. Great facilities in the hotel. Clean & comfortable room. Friendly & supportive staff especially Marwah & ibtida. They are very cordial, helpfull, polite & professional. Very nice breakfast.

The property is old and needs upgrade especially on the furniture and bathrooms.

The location is fantastic. However during busy times it can still take some time to navigate through the crowds to get to the masjid. Breakfast options were good, usual available options, breads, bakery products, pancakes, no waffles, eggs, sausages, salad, deli, fruits. Asian and South Asian food is also available. Dinner was really good, we enjoyed dinners the most, there were Moroccan options which was 10/10, excellent mixed grill, pasta, fish, beef stir frys. We didn't get bored of the dinner options. Deserts were really good too. During busy times the restaurant could benefit from more staff. We had a standard double room, the rooms are on the smaller side, we just came from Makkah where the rooms were much bigger. Housekeeping was not very attentive, used products were not always restocked, towels were not always restocked. Used plates were removed during cleaning, but then left outside the hallway for many hours until the next day, this shows a really low standard of service and no regular checks being performed, it's not nice to see used plates with food on them left outside for many people to walk past until the next day. Staff at the restaurant at dinner were very welcoming and friendly. The property has many lifts, you don't need to wait very long coming and going. We had family staying at the Sofitel opposite and waiting long periods for lifts when visiting them.

Decor is dated, and could benefit from a bit of an update.

The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, with a wide selection of both hot and cold dishes to suit different tastes. There was a good balance of options, making it easy to find something enjoyable whether you preferred a light meal or a more filling start to the day. Overall, the variety and quality made the breakfast experience very satisfying.

The staff came across as unfriendly, rarely smiling, and at times were even a bit rude. Their lack of warmth and welcoming attitude affected the overall experience, which otherwise could have been much better.

Location and cleanliness

I would have appreciated if they would have kept fresh dates with Saudi gahwa in lobby as this was the season to serve guests the amazing Rutabs of Madinah

Everything about this property is worthwhile, mentioning. First of all the location is probably the best possible location you can have for any hotel in Madina. Secondly, their food is extremely strong in Madinah, and the options are very good. And above all the service be the housekeeping room, dining, the check-in and checkout everything is a five star. Our specially like to mention a boy from the housekeeping staff, Mr. Riyaz, who was very helpful and exceptionally courteous. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude for his kind services.

Please keep more vegetarian options, especially the Indian vegetarian options in your food. Thank you.

We had an outstanding experience during my recent stay at Madinah Hilton, From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were greeted with a warm smile and helpful information about the property. The room was spotlessly clean, The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view ( Masjid Nabwi) from the window was stunning. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to help. The dining options were equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I highly recommend Madinah Hilton to anyone looking for a luxurious, stress-free experience . I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Coffee machine in restaurant needs updating

The location was superb. The staff are friendly and helpful. Really recommended to stay here for anyone who wants to be closed to the mosque.

I am from Riyadh city.My stay at the hotel was very good regarding many things. I stayed in the hotel 2 years ago but was not satisfied with the service, or the food at breakfast. However, this time it was completely different. I would like to thank the staff at the reception they were really helpful, and friendly, also at breakfast everybody was smiling, welcoming, and ready to help us . In addition, there was quite a variety of international food that caters for everyone. My room was great regarding the view, it was overlooking the main plaza which was nice. Finally the location was excellent, we didn't need a lot of time to reach the ladies' gate to Almasjid Alnabawi. I will try to stay again of coursethere if the prices are reasonable for my budget . The AC was working well at our room. Lastly the people who were in charge of making our room were very professional. and polite .

The hotel furniture needs a bit of remodeling, especially the chairs, and lamps at the lobby at each floor. They look old-fashioned.

It was an incredible pleasant stay. The room was nice, with a nexcellent mattress, the service was great and the restaurant was just awesome. The fod was delicious with a lot of variety everyday. Because the buiding and the deco were a bit old, we were very worried when we arrived but that feeling did not last a minute, the Madinah Hilton is an outstanding hotel. It is so close to the Haram that we came back to rest between each prayer. Thanks to Danah att he reception and to Mumtaz, Sherif at the restaurant , they made us feel like VIP guests! we will be back inchallah!
