Great location, beautiful suites, nice bar area, amazing front desk staff.

Housekeeping service could have been better - had to call to request supplies, which should have been provided and replenished throughout the stay by the cleaning staff. Additionally, a couple of times we noticed that, after the room had already been made up, the entrance, living and bedroom area carpets still had some debris, wine and water glasses in the kitchenette still had fingerprints and chapstick marks on them, the soaking tub wasn’t fully scrubbed after being used, and there was still some hair on the bathroom floor in spots.

We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great — easy walking distance to a lot of the main tourist spots and there were plenty of shops around too. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, with lots of good options to choose from. The staff were helpful as well — they held our luggage for us before check-in and after we checked out, which made things a lot easier. There’s also a bakery and a really good restaurant right inside the building, which was super convenient. Overall, we had a really good stay.

Not really a criticism, but if I had to mention something, the in-room dining menu could have been a bit more comprehensive, especially considering how many great choices the hotel restaurant had. After a long day out, it would have been nice to have a few more options available to enjoy in the room. That being said, this definitely isn’t a complaint or anything that ruined the stay — just a small thing that would have made an already great experience even better.

The facilities - room & shower room were good. No food was bought, but the bar was used. The bar itself was very good, and after an initial misunderstanding the bar staff made good.

The The lack of a proper explanation from the Reception, that using a debit card, instead of a credit card, would result in payments being taken immediately. In the absence of that 'warning', a large chunk of our spending money was removed from the account. However, I had a credit card available, to cover the declined 'bar tab', but decided to leave the main room charge on the debit card.

Location was great. Very close to shopping and Old Montreal. Metro stations nearby. Staff were kind and accommodating. Beds are comfy but pillows could use an upgrade. I like the lighting in the rooms and amount of storage. There’s a safe and a mini fridge which was appreciated.

They play dance music at Terrasse Alize all the time, which is the rooftop patio. During our first night stay, which was a Friday, the music was unbearably loud until just after 11 PM and our room faced the Terrasse. It was very difficult to get to sleep. For the next night, I asked the front desk if this occurs just on weekends and was informed that, no it was every night. The hotel staff then offered to move us that night to a higher floor and on the other side away from the Terrasse. From then on, we never had a noise issue with music. My suggestion is if you do not stay up or out late, request a room on the opposite side of the Terrasse.

I did encounter some issues. The service at the restaurant was slow at times, such as waiting 10 minutes for the breakfast menu and an additional 25 minutes for breakfast to be served (The breakfast itself was very good) Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the pool was dirty, with floaters in the water, which was quite unpleasant. Hotel is quite pricey.

Saunas we’re out of order, major bummer for our group. Pool max capacity 35…too small to accommodate guests and residents on a nice day. No workout classes, even though promoted. Bar was well below average - understaffed, poor communication, worst Signature cocktail we’ve ever tasted. The ice maker on our floor was out of order. Our mini fridge didn’t have enough space for personal items and the temps did not sustain.

This is the second time we've stayed here because we like the location of the hotel, the rooms are spacious, the views are great (corner room always!), they are clean and trendy, really nothing we don't like about this place.

We have stayed here twice so there isn't anything we don't like about it - it's great!

Beautiful decor in the lobby. Staff were lovely. The 2nd floor restaurant and lounge was nice. The drinks were really good. Bakery on the first floor was good. Long lines in the middle of the day on a weekend so you know it's good. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to everything that we had planned. There were fun cocktail bars in the area, great shopping and delicious food options.

I did not like having a handicap accessible room. The shower was not ergonomically pleasing to use.

The hotel was beautiful! Very nice rooms and lobby. Our room was on the smaller side; however, it was the perfect size for my friend and I. Location was pretty good! From the hotel to downtown Montreal it was a 10ish minute walk and 5 minute walk to Via Rail. Would definitely stay here again!
