This is the most beautiful hotel iv ever stayed in . Palatial and grand , from check in to check out , my experience surpassed anything I was expecting. The staff are outstanding with nothing being too much trouble . They are an absolute credit and clearly have been trained in customer service , to the highest of standards . My room was stunning with the largest bed I’d ever slept in , beautiful bed linen and pillows , with every amenity you could possibly need . The hotel has an array of fresh flowers when you walk through the entrance and the smell is amazing , it really does set the scene to tell you , you are in for an amazing stay . The pools , beach , restaurants, waterways with the little abra boats , is simply amazing . I cannot praise this hotel enough and I’m just in complete awe and can’t wait to get back .

We have stayed at the other hotels on Jumeirah beach but this was our first time in the Al Qasr. We chose a Club Room as being able to have breakfast, afternoon tea and sundowners in the lounge is a great experience. The staff in The Palace Lounge are truly superb. A delightful welcome from Cathy and we were looked after brilliantly all week by Pablo, Max, Anita, Anne to name but a few. They made restaurant recommendations and made sure we had reservations when necessary. The lounge is peaceful and tranquil - away from the more frenetic pace elsewhere. Breakfast is extensive - you can choose from an a la carte menu (eggs, pancakes etc - all cooked to order) and there is a plentiful buffet on top of that. The afternoon tea has delicious hot and cold savouries, beautiful pastries and sublime scones with cream and jam. However, leave enough room for the cocktails and canapés - they too are plentiful and delicious. The restaurants across the hotels are all amazing and the pools are fabulous as well as the fact that it is so close to the beach means that the sea is always accessible.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but some of the guests are ruder than you can imagine - I have never heard anyone speak to staff the way they did. I was shocked at the sheer number of people who thought they could be so entitled and aggressive. Horrible. My heart goes out to what some staff had to put up with. Also remember that you can smoke in the eating area outside the lounge and so the cigar smokers had little regard for those of us trying to enjoy our food around them. Dubai has changed quite a lot - it seems to be a paradise for full-time Instagrammers who film themselves all day and all night - on the beach, in the pools, in the souk, in the malls - even in the loos! It's quite a challenge to fight through the endless posing :-)

This was my second visit to the property . The property is simply stunning and the views to the Burg Al Arab and beach just beautiful . Lots of dining options and my favourite is The Hide steakhouse . First class food and hospitality by all the staff . My room rate included breakfast on this visit and simply amazing . Everything you could possibly require and excellent quality , just divine . Rooms are huge with every amenity you could want. All in all a very good stay , the only draw back is the price , it’s incredibly expensive to stay here .

There was a major problem with birds and seagulls around the main pool . The pool is incredible , but the experience was ruined by the squawking crows in every tree and the dive bombing of the numerous seagulls dropping poop on a constant basis . There appear to have taken residence here and sit in multiple numbers on the pavilion roof . The life guards are constantly walking round scooping it out . You really could not have a decent swim at all, it was really frustrating. I raised this problem on numerous occasions and management are aware . There is a guy that walks round with a falcon , presumably to ward them off , but for the last 2 days of my holiday he was no where to be seen . I just hope they get to grips with it , because it is truly awful .

Beautiful hotel that has fantastic restaurants and beautiful grounds. Rooms are brilliant. The Palace lounge and staff are brilliant.

The pool needs some maintenance. Missing tiles in the pool do not reflect the quality of this hotel. This needs to be fixed. For some reason the body wash in the shower is watered down. Have stayed here many times and the first time I have experienced this. Although we appreciate that maintenance needs to be done, 5.30 at Bar Bucci which was below our room is a little early for noisy work to start. Really disappointed that we can no longer use the Adult pool at Al Naseem.

Despite everything, the hotel is beautiful, clean and fragrant, the staff in the restaurant, at the pool and on the beach , especially the guys at the entrance are all too kind and nice

we traveled with a small child and we asked in advance for a room closer to the elevator because the facility is huge, and we got the back room that was the farthest from the elevator and below which were the restaurants and bars.. Music and noise after midnight, and once we woken up by loud arguing on the terrace of one of the restaurants in the middle of the night. We were looking for another room the same night we arrived at the hotel and the only option offered to us is a room on the same floor very close to our room with a toilet intended for disabled people, without bathtub…honestly, I think that this was not the only option, but simply the staff at the reception did not try hard enough to satisfy the guest's request.

We have travelled the world to some amazing resorts but this one tops them all as far as service and facilities and beauty. The four Jumeirah hotels are all connected by a river system so you travel by gondola or buggy to one of the many beautiful restaurants beaches or shops there. You never need to leave the resort and nothing is too much to ask for here. They work very hard to please you. beds very comfortable and restaurants food exceptional.

What I loved most about Jumeirah Al Qasr was, first and foremost, the people. Every aspect, from the perfectly prepared amenities to the seamless service, reflects a deep commitment to excellence. The facilities were outstanding, especially Talise Spa. The comfort of the property was unparalleled—I genuinely felt at home during my stay. I stayed to celebrate the New Year, and it was the perfect way to start fresh. Everything about the experience felt thoughtfully curated and special. Thank you for making it so memorable.

We loved our Club Room, the adult swimming pool, main breakfast restaurant and exceptional grounds of Madinat Jumeirah, so much greenery! The Palace Lounge had fantastic atmosphere, the staff are so accommodating there. We would like to especially thank Jason, Lucia, William and are absolute favorite, Iris🥰 so friendly and so genuinely caring! People like them make all the difference! Cocktails and canapés were delicious, the atmosphere was great and we were so thrilled at the goodbye present that Iris & William have given to us. Thank you so much!

The only improvement we would suggest would be rereading “quiet zones” in the Palace Lounge. On our last day I had to do a conference call just before the departure to the airport and I thought that the lounge would be perfect for that. But then a few guests with toddlers arrived, screaming started and there was simply nowhere to hide as no space in the lounge has a door. Generally, there are a lot of guests with small kids and it would be great to have a little more quiet spaces scattered around the resort, just like the adults swimming pool
