There is a redwood grove with hammocks inside the hotel! It was so lovely to lie there relaxing in the afternoon. The hotel is well appointed, clean, and comfortable.

The food ordering arrangement is really confusing. There are several different ways that you can order food, and how you get the food varies. There were no clear instructions and even when I asked the staff, I wasn’t really clear how it worked.

It’s a beautiful spot and very cozy. Close to everything and even choosing a night to stay in instead of going out you have everything you need here and there’s a free wine hour! Every worker that helped us there was amazing and a special shout out to Sage the bartender by the pool and Blossom the manager!

No issues

Clean and nice room, lobby, patio (with fire tables). Reception desk person helping us was very friendly and professional. Breakfast in the bistro was very good and well-served.

The only problem was that we were charged extra for "resort" services that we never used. Also, body gel and shampoo dispensers design made it difficult to receive products on towelette.

The only complaint we have is that the abjointing room had two dogs that were barking for a couple hours while the owners were not there. We didn't complain to management. People need to leave their dogs' home and just pay for a dog sitter. was apparent that they were not a service dog.

People were friendly, rooms were excellent and location good.

Outside the cushions by the fire pit could have been a bit cleaner as they were stained and some of the tables outside remained dirty for a while. I wish there was a hot tub.

Honestly exceptional hotel. I picked this hotel for my bachelorette based off the amenities and how modern everything was. The hotel did not disappoint. Great location and proximity to restaurants in Napa and many wineries. Staff was helpful. The food was also super good.

location, layout & access to outdoor games, gathering spaces. Front desk staff very professional & accommodating. Enjoyed lobby coffee but $20/day was too much.

Room rate seemed exorbitant. Parking was a challenge in the evening. Would have appreciated a microwave to reheat coffee. Room was very dark; better task lighting needed. Needed a freezer to chill a cold pack for an injury, only had a mini-fridge.

We had room service for breakfast and it was good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the staff are great, Pedro the bartender was wonderful.

Front desk who worked in a morning on Sunday 19 March 2023 could be a little friendlier.
