Very easy to get to from the airport using bus 992. Many restaurants in the area. Large TV had plenty of channels. There was a safe in the closet. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, juice, waffles, and two attendants to keep things stocked and clean.

Stayed on Sunday night in late September when Padres were playing out of town. Room was on second floor corner. Could hear noise from vehicles and walkers, but wasn't too bad. Curtain was cut short to accommodate in-window air conditioner, so outside light wasn't completely blocked. No hooks in bathroom to hang cloths. Vinyl plank flooring.

The Comfort Inn was very comfortable, and clean. The service staff were helpful. San Diego is expensive so relative to the area the refunded amount was a fair price offered for the hotel. The location was excellent for the centre of San Diego, and the Conference Centre at a slightly reduced rate compared to other places in the area.

Parking was Excessively priced for what was on offer at $50 a night. Just 200m south in the next block was a car park that was only $20 per night. Parking on Market. The hotel was expensive for no gym, or pool. But the location made up for it.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and well kept.

Parking fees I know they are everywhere but I hate parking fees. $50 a day added on top really just puts a bad taste in my mouth. I have payed more for parking. For example in New York City it was $75 a day. I think any parking fee is to much but I also think $20-$25 a day doesn't feel like such an added expense.

The front desk service was amazing. Really friendly staff. The location was perfect for Comic Con. The beds were really comfy. Very spacious for a one bedroom double bed room. Breakfast was quick and good.

The air conditioner was in the window, meaning we had to listen to all of the outside noises, which would wake us up at night. The sink was on the other side of the wall where the bathroom was.

While this is a "budget" hotel in the suite hotel category, it was one of the best thought out ADA rooms I have been in. I am planning a return visit ASAP. As someone with severe mobility issues, having access to a room that I can get around in is a big bonus. ALSO... there was a fridge!

The cable TV was pretty much useless, so don't go looking for that. The internet was a little flaky, so be prepared to have data backup.

I needed somewhere to stay for one night, traveling alone. The room was clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed, and iron and ironing board (which I did end up using), and a kitchenette. It was small, but for what I needed it was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was also great.

The room was very small. However, since my plans involved checking in late and only staying over night, I didn't spend much time in the room and didn't need much space while I was there.

The staff was exceptional. Celeste is the most kind and helpful hotel personnel I’ve ever met. She deserves a promotion!

The pillows were high, which means uncomfortable, but they didn’t provide a second type, only this. The heating wasn’t working and they gave me a portable heater which wasn’t working either. San Diego is not cold, but there was humidity in the room, that’s why I wanted the heater.

Location was excellent, block from pharmacy, 4 blocks from grocery store and numerous restaurants within a few block section, one mile from waterfront, close to Hop on Hop Off Trolley and other public transportation. Breakfast had a good hot and cold selection. Room was clean when we arrived. Front staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are only cleaned every second day, but service could be requested if needed. The room was very small.

The location was great for walking to the convention centre and exploring downtown. The room was serviceable and clean. Breakfast was a decent range of food and the hotel offered hot drinks and fruit all day.

The AC was a loud window unit so we couldn't have it on during the night. The location of the hotel was also somewhat noisy at night.

The location is perfect. Staff were helpful. The only hotel is the area that under was $300 a night! So even if it was not a luxury hotel room, for the price it was ok. The room was fully equipped with everything you can expect for a hotel room but a bit outdated.
