The hotel was nice, staff was nice, location and all. Very good. Cleanliness was good as well, nothing exceptional but very nice all around.

While I understand hotels located in downtown areas are premium, it costs more to do business, I have found the ~$32.00 charge for self-parking is just awful, totally unprofessional on your side. This is especially when it was very hidden on purpose so that the customer doesn't see it. Wife and kids got there, and it was captive audience, you guys knew the guests simply won't leave the premises to look for cheaper parking. Really awful on your side and NO, I do not want a refund, I dont need anything from you, just have some ethics and self-respect to let people know ahead of time.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, confortable room

Parking is a little sketchy at night!

When I arrived, the staff greeted me at the door, very pleasant and demure. What I paid online was accurate. I only had to put my card on file for $50 (deposit). Being that it was my birthday, the manager gave me $40 credit to use at the bar or hotel store within the hotel. My room was immaculate and I had a nice pool/city view. Checking out was very easy.

Everything was like it was last time. GREAT! The only thing I could say is Parking. they need more street parking because if you park in the garage or have valet park for you, its $31..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at double tree by Hilton , and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. I particularly loved the comfortable bed and the stunning view from my window. The hotel’s location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and dining options.

The valet was not up to standards. Each time we went to engage in the valet parking, no one was unavailable so we had to park by ourselves. Parking is $30 a day which I was not aware of until the day of check in. During check out, the valet person who I only saw this one time during my whole stay was very rude to myself and my family. He kept trying to rush us to get in the car but I had an elder with me. It’s but so fast she could have moved. The attitude was unacceptable.

Clean hotel, nice amenities with pool and fitness

The cleaning staff skipped cleaning our room one day. When we asked one of them, they said they were alone they cannot do it and they need to go home soon. They also put a “don’t disturb” sign on our door for some reason. This was too unprofessional. We also shared this with the reception at the check out and they didn’t seem to care. Also the elevators are always busy. If you stay at the upper floors, it may take minutes to get to yours as it stops on almost all floors

Lovely rooms, big enough and clean enough. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Coffe maker included. Friendly staff who helped with all needs. I love this hotel chain and it is my choice in any country

The breakfast conditions are quite strange. Breakfast will cost three times cheaper if you pay for it on the spot. The quality of breakfast is mediocre - greasy and unpalatable.

The property was clean and not cluttered. Loved the complimentary cookies! Enjoyed the options for “room service”, the market available and the restaurant and bar’s late night hours! They were a life saver after being out all day and skipping dinner on the town!

It is an older property, not really a con, but just be mindful. They do keep it clean but if newer and remodeled is your aesthetic, this might not be the place for you.

Everyone was super friendly, it was really clean and pretty and I really liked being able to do checkin and checkout on my phone.

My shower wouldn’t get hot in the room I was in, me and my friends went to a concert and weren’t able to shower because the water wasn’t getting hot. We didn’t bring it up to anyone though because we didn’t want to bother anybody since it was late when we got there. Other than that it was perfect.

Charging 30 dollars for overnight parking seems ludicrous specially since the parking garage is unsupervised and the facility explicitly states that they take no accountability for damage or stolen items in the parking garage. In comparison, street parking on metered parking spaces is free from 6pm to 8am, and any of the City of Orlando Parking Garages charges $2/hr and max $15/day.
