The property feels modern and clean. The Alexa integration for the room was convenient for turning off the lights since you did not have to navigate in the dark to walk to your bed.

The restaurant in the Lobby called the Constant Grind has a mandatory 18% gratuity, and they also ask for gratuity on top of that just for takeout even for one person. First off, if the tip is mandatory under all circumstances, it’s no longer a gratuity; it’s a service charge. Two, why are you asking for more tip on top of a mandatory tip especially since the “includes 18% gratuity” disclaimer is on the bottom of the receipt after they already ask for tips on the receipt. For deceptive business practices, I would skip the “constant grind”.

Everyone was friendly. It was very modern, and the vibe was amazing. We were there for a Metallica concert and everyone was friendly. The rooms we're very cool and had everything we needed in them

What I did not like was the reserve. They put on your debit card. Never came back to my card..... And that's like, over $300. I was there at the beginning of June and here it is the beginning of July and it still has not been put back on my debit card . When I finally got someone to answer me, they told me it was up to my bank. To put it back on my card, which we all know that's not how it works. So I won't be staying with them again...... I paid over three thousand dollars for 2 rooms ...one for 1 night ...the other for 2 nights... It's the principle of it....spoils all of it

I didn’t have the breakfast, and the location was just fine due to it being in the center of everything that I wanted to do or the places that I wanted to go. The bartenders were excellent I did enjoy the lunch I was not expecting that because most hotels food is horrible but I can not lie or deny this one it was good make me wanna try top notch hotels restaurants even more. It’s a whole vibe and I’m looking forward to returning again and definitely going to be getting another room at Atlanta, GA. Location

The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was super spacious and had a fantastic vibe.

I ordered a meal at the front bar - brisket sliders. For the price of the meal, I expected it to be decent quality, but when I got my plate, it was obvious the sliders had been microwaved and were much lower quality than anticipated for such a nice place. I then learned that most of the options on the menu were being microwaved (which totally nukes the nutrients). I then walked around in the rain trying to find other restuarants but there were very few options in this neighborhood, so I went to midtown instead (a 10 minute taxi ride away).

We had an unforgettable stay at Reverb by Hard Rock in Atlanta. Arriving early from a long flight from South Africa, we were warmly welcomed and the staff kindly arranged an early check-in. We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. Our room was beautifully decorated with roses and balloons, and a bottle of Champagne was delivered later that evening—a truly thoughtful gesture. What truly stood out was the incredible service, especially from Adria. She was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay exceptional. Her attention to detail and kindness made a lasting impression, and we can’t thank her enough. The hotel itself is modern, vibrant, and perfectly located, but it’s the outstanding staff—particularly Adria and Brittany—that made our experience so memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta!

Perfect location right across Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Had to work a lot. Staff was great, they allowed me to stay eventhough my Credit Card did not work, when I arrived. I paid the next day, they were very understanding.

The Mexican football fans were very loud and made a mess of the lobby. But that was not the hotel. What I really did not like: I found some old frech fries in my bed between the matress and the frame. Housekeeping did not clean good enough.

This hotel was very unexpected! Nice modern hotel with very cool vibes, activity, location was fantastic and walkable to attractions nearby. View of Mercedes Benz Stadium from my room! For any football fan, I highly recommend this hotel. No need for car service as it is walkable. Restaurants around, parks, great place to stay. Staff was amazing, room was very comfortable and priced well. I would recommend this to anyone traveling solo, with a partner, or a family.

Really loved everything about this place. There’s always something going on, they keep it entertaining. So like you can go out on the town for dinner and there is for sure a great time waiting for you in the saftey of your own hotel. The staff is very accommodating, the valet is efficient, rooms are amazing. Get the Anniversay Package if you have one coming up. The views amazing, being able to look at Mercedes Benz Stadium and see all the fans when it’s an event.

I wouldn’t change anything, nothing needs to change. This hotel is amazing

From the moment I walked through the door I knew I had made a great choice. Check in was fast and staff was great. I was able to check in early and my room smelt like it had just been cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the room was equipped with an Alexa to assist with your questions and concerns. Nice decor throughout the hotel

I didn't like that fact that you had to pay to self park or valet. I opted for valet and was disappointed that I couldn't call down to have my car ready when I got downstairs. I had to walk to the valet office to get there attention and being that it wasn't very crowded I could've walked to my car from the office.
