I liked that there was onsite parking, but I didn't like that it was not disclosed at booking that it was valet parking and would be an additional $50 fee.

It was a nice location. Ruben and another gentleman up front were amazing and deserved to be recognized!! I would stay again.

The Ac was not working good and it was uncomfortable trying to sleep when your home. Bathroom needs some work. My BIGGEST complaint is that I paid for valet parking and when I hit in my car to leave for a wedding my car smelled of weed!! Was not happy at all with that. I did tell the front desk.

There were a couple of small issues with the room, as soon as staff was notified, the issues were fixed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reuben was a delight, so helpful and courteous. The room was very spacious and loved the windows in our corner-king room. We were close to the elevator, which is usually a bad thing, but was okay. Due to the location, we were within walking distance of the French Quarter and other attractions/locations. Cafe at the Square has great food and excellent service! We're going to miss Doug :)

I felt the overall cleanliness of the room could use some improvement. Noticed some of the curtains were dirty. The sofa wasn't the best, worn and dirty looking with sinking cushions. We found an old takeout container under the bed that was nauseating. The bed was comfortable, but creaky.

Previous reviews not good but booked at last minute and wanted on St. Charles. Omg, location fantastic for carnival and staff busted ass for all drunks, stupid and both. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Things go wrong in an extremely busy hotel but they were on it fast. I can not fault this hotel for all they endure. Location was recommended for carnival and mardi Gras....YES!!! Tip your staff and Kenneth the bar tender. Tip him enough and you'll be guaranteed a spot at the bar during super bowl. Lol Thank you Blake for checking off my stay from bucket list!!!! Don't be a high maintenance shop and you will enjoy your stay. Keep in mind this is nola...every thing and every one is busting ass. Very comfortable room, great location.

There was no bottled water available the entire weekend. Valet is a bit steep. We asked for a refund prior to coming and the staff refused to cooperate with Booking.com. We wanted to cancel because our event had been canceled. Since they would not accept bookings offer to cancel we went and enjoyed the weekend in New Orleans. Made lemonade from the lemons.

LOCATION IS GREAT. HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND STAFF IS ABOUT THE BEST IT GETS..FOOD IS GREAT.... ITS A NICE PLACE, BUT I'VE SAID OVER LAST FEW YEARS, NEED SOME UPDATING IN ROOMS, LOBBY, HALLWAYS

The room was very nice and clean and had everything we needed and was even freshened every day. We had a pretty view looking into a garden across the street. The location was excellent for getting to the places we planned to go to. Many restaurants near and one of the best was Cafe on the Square connected to the hotel. We had several meals there that were excellent. Service was great.

The effort the hotel made to correct the issue that booking made. Booking cancelled our reservations for three days and was charged for the room.

Left in New Orleans with no hotel during marde gras week searching for a room. Booking cancelled our room and we were charged for it. After searching I still cannot connect with Booking. No phone number is available on the website. I will never do business with Booking again.

Perfect for mardi gras parades and well worth paying extra for the balcony. Great location for walking to French Quarter or getting the streetcar. Good big supermarket around the corner and fridge/microwave in the room

Key card was temperamental and took a few days to work out the side lights

Staff was very accommodating. The location was also great.

The bed was too firm for my taste. It needs to be updated. And some of the appliances are also showing their age and need to be updated as well.
