I actually had a great time here, I wasn’t expecting to have one but it sure crushes my expectation.

The only issue I have is that I was charged twice, I payed online but the lady charged me in person, I don’t know why. She claim to fixed it and I will get my refund in a couple of days….well it’s been over a week and am still waiting for my refund. I called up the there today, 11/17/24 around 3PM, they told me that I should call back on Tuesday when the manager is here between 7am-3pm

I was 1 block away from the mootel but lost. The man behind the desk could not tell my how to find the sleep inn. (From this location I did not even have to leave the parking lot from which I made my call of inquiry.) Just before checking in I fell. The cuts were minor, but there was a lot of blood. The man behind the desk gave me the world's smallest bandage plus another bandage which proved useless. Lastly the motel had only three handicapped spots near the front door.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected, with eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit and more. I think this property deserves a little higher rating than it received on Booking.

Room was a little small, but fine for our purposes of just an overnight stopover. The staff was not especially friendly but they were not unfriendly either.

The decor was more stylish than I expected for a Sleep Inn. Soundproofing is pretty good, except around the door. I liked that you can open windows for fresh air. No screens though. They have a good variety of items at their breakfast buffet.

One night some idiot was walking in the hall with his phone on speaker. It woke me up. I opened the door and yelled at him. Too many people don't get how their actions affect others.

The room was nice, not too big, but enough. It was clean and tidy. Unexpectedly we got a free breakfast and it was decent! For the value, you can't really beat it, so good and cheap.

The AC fan was somehow too strong even when I slept in the furthest bed. If I turned it off, it was too hot. The bathroom sliding door was hard to close properly

Nice, friendly staff at every position, comfortable bed, convenient location.

One access on one end of the bldg instead of both, rare ice sightings, too many cigarette butts from patrons at the side entrances

The location was great. I was greeted promptly upon entering the lobby. I arrived earlier than expected and was allowed an early check-in. I had a maintenance issue on the second day of my stay which was fixed within an hour. Greatly appreciated.

Spider webs in the corner near the air conditioner, which is where i placed my bag. It happens. Nothing in my bag when i unpacked so everything is good.

I didn't have sufficient hand towels. The door to the shower wouldn't close.

From the day I checked in, all 4 nights were peaceful and nobody bothered anyone in the hotel! Amenities as in the laundry machines were very convenient! Ac blasted cold air especially during this hot weather!

Location was very quiet. Room was comfortable. Nice breakfast with a variety of .selections

I thought that the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. There was orange mold ( laminaria)around the shower head and drain. The sink faucet was spotty, with soap, etc in the space between the faucet and wall. The sink smelled of mold, with black mold and hair visible in the over flow hole.
