I stayed here before. Now I noticed the renovation. New flooring, sink, furniture, TV. There were landscapes of the lake hanging on the walls. I liked the window that could be opened. It had a mosquito net. The continental breakfast was excellent! The apples were delicious. I liked the pool and spa. The chlorine level was normal and there was no smell. There was always hot tea/coffee and cold lemonade in the lobby. On Halloween night the lady at the front desk was in her Halloween costume and she was very welcoming.

I would like to have heated floors in the bathroom. It would also be more convenient for me if the door to the room opened so that when I entered I could immediately bring my things into the closet. The potatoes were overcooked.

Clean rooms, in fact one of the most well kept hotels I have visited so far. Comfy beds and quiet atmosphere. Yet, very good location to nearby attractions and restaurants. Staff was on top of house keeping and breakfast and front desk was very friendly. Loved the swiss hot chocolate for my daughter at the coffee corner.

Breakfast was okay but lacked some variety. Some additions of condiments like honey, Nutella and a selection of marmelades would up the game. For the warm breakfast serving country potatoes every morning became boring very quickly. For the pool there is an agent used which dyed my daughter's blonde hair greenish. That happened at some other hotels before. There is an alternative agent that I recommend using which does not have that effect.

The location was central enough to the center of Lake George Village and easily found. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There never seemed to be enough towels in the pool areas and what towels they did provide were extremely small (they couldn’t even wrap around my small children’s waist and cover their bathing suit/they seemed more like hand towel sized rather than beach towels).

We like the two pools and hot tub. We stayed in the suit. The beds were so comfortable! We loved the bike path. All the staff were very friendly and helpful We arrived early and they let us check in because the room was ready. We were very happy about that!

We were really excited about the breakfast included but ended up being very disappointed. The coffee was gross! None of the food was good either, but but my kids liked the waffle maker! The pool water was very hazy and didn’t look very clean. My kids didn’t care though :-)

I grew up in LG and always stay there when visiting family because the kids love it, the breakfast is far superior to many places, and while not right in the village, it is an easy walk (in summer ;) ) via the bike trail that leads to Battlefield Park/Beach Road/Cruise Boats/Million Dollar Beach.

We enjoyed the 2 pools with towels ,hot tub, and breakfast was good the refreshments are a really nice touch and well appreciated. The customer service was awesome

The pullout couch bed was quite warn in the mattress and it was lacking drawers to place clothing

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious.

The pull out sofa wasn't all that comfortable to sit on. The eggs this morning were a bit odd. They were these odd flat round whites with circles of egg yolk in the middle. I never saw anything like that. They looked kind of artificial. The scrambled eggs the day before were much better.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Upon arrival it was very quite outside and inside. The hotel was warm and welcoming and very clean. We had got a king suite on the 4th floor, to accommodate 3 of us. We were only there 1 night for the Godsmack concert and the room was spacious and very clean. We will be returning to stay again after winter. Thank you to the whole staff for making our stay great. We look forwarding to seeing you all again.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Donna, the woman who was taking care of the breakfast on Friday and Sunday morning was so nice and gave me some places to take my daughter as some of the activities were closed due to the weather. Three of the front desk employees that I spoke with were very nice and always asked if there was anything I needed. The hotel was very close to Lake George village (4 min drive) and the Lake George Bowling Alley (2 min drive). The room was clean and had more than enough towels for our use, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was an added bonus that my daughter loved going to everyday.

I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Lake George. Both check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We didn't need the staff much but when we did, they were always helpful. There's access to tea/coffee and hot water in the lobby at all hours of the day and the tap water in the room was great. My wife and I had the room with the king size bed and walk-in shower, and there was a couch on the side as well with lots of open space. Both the bed and couch were comfortable and clean; the bathroom and shower were both clean and spacious. Obviously if you're looking to have a bath while staying here in a king room, make sure you don't click on the one with the walk-in shower. The AC/heating makes some noise but we were still able to sleep very well. Breakfast was good also, especially the sausage and potatoes. Location is great as you are just off the I-87 but also a couple minutes drive at most into the center of Lake George.
