Very nice property adjacent to terminal 2 which was amazing. The Japanese people are so,polite & gracious. Our only complaint is the the front desk staff should have someone working that can speak English. It was very hard to communicate with anyone at the front desk. They couldn’t understand us & we couldn’t understand them. Seeing it is an International airport with adjacent hotel it is important to be able to have good communication with your hotel guests.

Location was great! We wanted to stay at the airport so we could attend a concert nearby. Easy to get transportation to the concert and to different parts of Tokyo while we were there. View of planes landing and taking off from our room was great too

I thought it was weird that we had to remember to put a card out if we wanted them to clean our room. I’m used to putting a card out if we don’t want our room cleaned. We forgot to put it out on one of the days so our room didn’t get cleaned, which wasn’t the end of the world. We called the front desk for clean towels and they brought them right up.

We stayed here because we had an early morning flight and hotel is conveniently located in the terminal. Generally excellent for an airport hotel - very quiet and clean and rooms were very spacious. Be aware that the hotel is located at the opposite end of Haneda Terminal 2 to International flihght arrivals and departures - a 20 to 30 minute walk away.

We arrived at the hotel around 9.00 pm after a day's sightseeing - very hungry but hotel restaurant had nothing suitable for vegetarians. Not the hotel's fault, but all the eating / shopping facilities at the airport seem to close at this time so no food for us. Next time we'll buy something elsewhere to take with us!

Convenient for families, having a flight the following morning. Cot was a decent size too. Pjs and slippers given

100 yen tax paid on arrival per guest. Didn't bother with dinner or breakfast as too expensive but had read up about this beforehand so made sure had enough breakfast supplies bought in town (can store in fridge) and ate dinner in Central before arrived too.

This is the perfect place to stay before an early morning flight to relax! It was very clean, comfortable and was everything you need and expect for staying at an airport. The room was honestly so much nicer than expected, it was modern and spacious with great amenities and plenty of toiletries. Although we didn't have a view of the runway, we still had a lovely view outside and could see planes taking off and landing on the other side of the runway. The location was great of course, because it is located literally in the terminal. So this took a lot of stress away from having to navigate our way their in the early hours of the morning. Check in and out was easy but staff could've been a bit kinder considering this is your last stay in Japan before departure.

The first night I reserved this hotel (as I reserved it another night the following week), it was for my adult children and served their purposes, (and ours) very well. The beds were comfortably firm, the air conditioning worked well, the sleep shirts fit one of them well, the table and chairs were helpful, and the shower had great water pressure and showerhead setting that had good coverage and strength. Sound proofing is very good, but the room was faced towards the airport departure lobby instead of the street, so not a loud area by comparison. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant, and it was fine. The service was great, and the french fries were very good. The vending machines had many choices.

The smell of mildew was throughout the floor hallways and the room before the a/c was on. The HVAC system may need a cleaning /sanitizing to remedy that.

We arrived in Tokyo close to midnight, & we were thankful that we could easily get to our hotel rooms to have a good night’s rest. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, and the staff at the front desk were so warm & welcoming. We also appreciated the vending machines which allowed us to get sandwiches & other simple food & drink options even though it was so late. Although we arrived at Terminal 1, it was also really easy to take a free shuttle to Terminal 2, with signages along the way to point us in the right direction.

Despite arriving to terminal 3, I was glad to know that there was free bus transportation that went through the different terminals so I was able to get terminal 2 without paying for additional transportation. Next time, just make sure you see which terminal you will arrive in and book the hotel right at the terminal. Room was small, but that is expected. The room was clean and very nice and modern looking. There is a restaurant area downstairs. Food is good and filling in terms of amount. Staff were all very respectful and friendly and helpful.

Arriving at Haneda after a 14 hour flight, all I had to do was walk through terminal 2 for a few minutes to reach the hotel - didn't even have to go outside. The room was bigger than I expected and the soundproofing cut out almost all the airport noise. Bed was very comfortable and a huge choice of Japanese and Western food at breakfast.

Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful (though not many spoke much English, which was surprising in an airport hotel). However, one or two of the male receptionists were unpleasant and eye-rolled when I didn't understand them. (I was there for three nights, as it's easy to get into the city).

Perfect location for early/late flight. Good room size and clean. Easy access to other terminals. They kept my luggage that forwarded 4 days in advance of my stay which was so good

All our luggages was left for us to bring to to our room. We wouldn't mind doing it. It just no one tells us anything, an employee guided us to the lift and just left our luggage there. After realising they are not bringing our luggage, we came back to the lobby to take our stuff while he held the elevator door, he went in the lift with us as let us out on our floor. I just found it a little strange. Then we were expected to take the trolley back down and give it to them.
