We arrived after a long drive from Aqaba. Lunch was over but the manager had the chef cook us a 3 course lunch/dinner within 20 minutes. The food was amazing. Typical Jordanian dishes. We were flying home at 3.30 am the next day. The manager arranged for a boxed breakfast for us as we we had an early departure. She also arranged taxis for both me at 1 am and my daughter who was leaving on a different later flight at 5 am. The taxi drivers were known to the manager so I was totally comfortable with my daughter, a student travelling in the taxi on her own to the airport.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to the breakfast chef. Rooms are spacious. We were a group of 17 people. Only one room wasn’t up to the expectations, lacking some of the comfort available in the other room. Rooms and bathrooms are relatively kept clean, not the sparkling cleanliness but fine enough. Some neighbors were extremely noisy at night but in general it is calm hotel. Grabbing a taxi or an Uber is very easy and you can access any touristic area in Amman for around 3JOD

better types of cheese are needed on breakfast white cheese was very salty , we couldn't eat it for the whole 2 weeks of our stay some of the guests children were disrupting our enjoinment (not your falt) noises of construction sometimes irritating

They were absolutely amazing , the room was super clean and tidy . The cleaner Stephenie was exceptionally friendly also the breakfast was till 10:30 am but on my request for a coffee the hotel made me latte at past 11:30 am which was also a plus and thank you . Looking forward to book again in September all best thank you so Much again ❤️

Hospitality and professionalism , such great service and amazing staff

I was put in a room at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately it was Friday night and the Ibiza night club opposite was pretty noisy until 4am. However, the next day I asked for a room change and the manager arranged this immediately to a very quiet room. The hotel is quite some way from the centre of town. There were plenty of restaurants in the area to eat at during the evening. Breakfast was OK.

People working there are very kind, always ready to help, listen to you and your needs. The place itself is very authentic, clean, calm and pleasing to the eye.

Only the fact that when I wanted to wash my clothes, the housekeeping didn`t have a plastic basin, but that just would be more comfortable to do it there. Anyway, I managed to wash them myself,

I enjoyed my stay very much. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and well equipped. The staff were wonderful, and I felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend to others.

The room I got did not have a view, and the phone was broken, so whenever I needed anything from room service I would have to go down to the lobby.

The rooms are good and clean. It is not new but we'll maintained. Their breakfast was simple but good. Location is near 6th-7th circle so it's good. 3 star hotel with great price.

We stayed there on a Thursday. People were quiet loud until late in the night. It could be heard in the rooms.

All good, room clean, pillows just a bit basic. Good telly, breakfast all very tasty. Easy to uber to downtown, lots of decent restaurants near by too.

A but noisy at night with lots of echo around the hallways. But had earplugs so wasn't really an issue once I used those.

I’ve been staying at Liwan Hotel every time I visit Amman since I was a child, and I’ve loved it ever since. They consistently renovate the place, keeping it fresh and clean, and the staff is always incredible. Some of them have been there since my childhood, which adds a personal touch to every stay.
