Room is well adequate and cosy. one of the best location to stay with connecting all the ends of London and outside of London. Many restaurants and cafes in a walking distance of the property. Salisbury Local is very closeby if you need any day today requirments. Guest service is splendid from front office, restaurant and the Bar.

Breakfast had a good spread but the same menu everyday. It will be nice if they can offer veriety on each day or alternate days. Washroom door should not be sealed type. They should consider to keep a tissue box in the room.

The breakfast had a brilliant range for everyone of the family. The pool access was lovely and the water temp was perfect. The hotel is under going improvement so this is the only reason that the rating could not be a 10. Excellent service and welcoming room the staff.

That the sink is not in the same room as the toilet and no plug sockets by the bed.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location - it's in a very nice neighbourhood (it was pleasant to walk even after midnight) with a 10-minute walk to all metro and train lines at Paddington station, which provides direct access to many interesting locations in London. The hotel is also clean and well maintained. Room service was very good (i.e., water was resupplied daily).

The room was quite small with a view of the office building opposite and was not well equipped (i.e., missing a toilet brush, with just one easily accessible power outlet for chargers). Breakfast was fine but very monotonous and limited to a 'traditional English breakfast' assortment (which is a minor inconvenience for longer stays).

The drop off is a little tricky. There are no visible signs to Novotel from Sheldon Square. If arriving by taxi , at Sheldon Square there is a barrier, the driver can press the buzzer at the barrier and the security will let the taxi through. The taxi can then drive all the way down to the hotel.

It all seems very new. Good location, Paddington is very convenient to reach many areas of London. Room was quiet.

It’s at the end of a cul de sac, and enclosed by a highway and train tracks. Not a big disadvantage, just feels like a bit of an island.

The breakfast was very varied, rich, even the most picky eaters could find something to eat. There were fresh cut vegetables and fruits, yogurt, cereals, bread of several kinds, varieties of meat, sausages, beans, hasbrowns, ripe tomatoes, honey and hazelnut creams, jams. And for drinking there were 2 coffee machines, fresh orange juice and infused water. As I said, anything for all tastes. We also had dinner several times at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious and the service impeccable. The pool is not big, but it is a huge plus for the hotel. The fitness room is well prepared. The hotel, in general, is one that deserves the return and recommendations for accommodation. It is located in an office area, where you can find peace, cleanliness and permanent lighting. We had cleaning every day, clean towels, slippers and robes.

The location of the hotel is very good - it is very close (approx 10min walk) from Paddington railway station, in addition to that there are several tube lines that we perfect to and from the main attractions of the city. The hotel is located in a business area, which means that it is calm and quiet around it. There are several restaurants, grocery shop and coffee places. The personnel at the hotel was nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags both on the arrival day (before check in time) and on departure (after check out time). It is clean and have everything a guest might need.

I stayed for a week and the breakfast remained the same everyday. Extended my stay for a day and when approached staff at reception for the rate it was higher than booking. Com They advised me to book it from there but then told me at the checkout that I won't get any loyalty points I booked my extension through booking. Com and the rest of the stay was through corporate booking. With such policy I don't think Accor hotels will be my priority again.

1. Pillow should be replace with more standard ones 2. Bed sheets should be renewed. 3. Ventilation should be improved. You need to keep the air co the whole night long and this makes your skin dry 4. Sockets should be positioned closed to the bed. At the moment they’re far. 5. Bathroom should be renewed. Basin not required. 6. Overall, rooms require renovation.

Good location for transport links. Nice pool, sauna and steam room. All staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly those on the front desk who greeted us and organised our left luggage and also special mention to Roxana, who was very helpful with getting me the gluten free breakfast options. Breakfast was delicious and very good value included in the room price.

The room layout was a bit unusual - separate toilet but the basin in the main bathroom. However, it didn't really impact on the enjoyment of our stay.
