Room service was excellent.

The breakfast was the same everyday no much variety available. Dessert at breakfast was only some bakeries no much variety. Access to cheese and cold meat was not good. Another important point when booking they offer the room with breakfast when i arrived they surprised me that the breakfast only for one person per room which is not clear when i booked and i had to pay for another two so it is supposed to clear this point on booking. And i think booking is sharing with them the idea which is so disappointing.

The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options, though a daily menu change would make it even better for guests staying multiple days. One area for improvement is the consistency in water bottle supply. Some days, only one bottle was provided, while on other days, two were given upon request. A standard provision of two bottles per day would be more convenient and appreciated. Despite these minor suggestions, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality. I would recommend this hotel to others and hope to see these enhancements in the future!

During booking via Booking.com, it was mentioned that airport pickup was included free of cost. However, upon arrival, there was no transportation waiting, and no one contacted the local number I provided. When I reached out to the hotel, I was informed that pickup and drop-off were actually chargeable services. This was very disappointing, and we had to check multiple times at the airport pickup point, leading to unnecessary hassle. Such miscommunication should be completely avoided. If a free airport pickup cannot be provided, it should not be mentioned at the time of booking. Alternatively, if the service is available, the hotel should share contact details of the cab driver in advance via email or message to ensure a smooth experience.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was plush and offered a great night’s sleep, and the amenities—like the high-speed Wi-Fi, in-room coffee and tea supplies, and premium toiletries—were thoughtful touches that made the stay even better. The hotel’s location was ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night. I also appreciated the on-site dining options; breakfast had a great variety of fresh and tasty choices. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Dusit D2 Salwa to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip.

While the hospitality and facilities were great, one aspect that could use improvement was the presence of flies in the hotel. It was a bit concerning to see them during breakfast and in the lobby, which detracted from the overall experience. A cleaner environment would really enhance the comfort and enjoyment of guests.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The location was great and you were about 10-20mins away from all the main landmarks. There were fantastic restaurants within the hotel and shops located nearby. The facilities were great and very clean. The whole hotel smelled amazing and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The front desk staff were responsive to every request we made and ensured that our whole family were placed in rooms within close proximity. The cleaning staff on the first floor were amazingly helpful and kind to my elderly parents. The breakfast buffet staff were so welcoming every morning and helped with any requests. The staff at the doors and security were polite, respectful and helped my elderly father on numerous occasions while waiting for taxis. Although the hotel was near full over the holidays period, it never felt overcrowded or stuffy. The lifts were always easy to come by and all the guests were happy and polite. I definitely recommend this hotel for any family visiting Doha and would definitely stay there again in the future inshallah

State of the art architectural design both interior and exterior. Had a good sleep on my king size soft bed. Had variety of food for my breakfast in a spacious dining hall. Staffs are welcoming, helpful. It was my first time using a card where i had to tap it before i could use the elevator. Good that a random staff proactively guided me on how to use it.

Windows are not well maintained. Dirt marks caused by mixture of water and fine dusts are visible while looking out. Consider a periodic cleaning or promote 5S principle especially the “Shine” component to enhance customers’ satisfaction level, making our stay more exceptional. Guests / visitors crowded the lobby. Looks dirty. Hope you make your queuing more efficient in receiving guests / visitors, or create a room only for them where i cant see them 😂😂

- The internal road to the parking area is the same road that takes you to the main gate. If someone is blocking the way for any reason (Dropping luggage, for example), then you need to wait until they move to reach the parkings. - Shower water pressure is not very good( it might require cleaning the shower head.
