We upgraded to a club room and loved all the facilities and services - especially the early check-in as we arrived early morning. The infinity pool was lovely and the breakfast and evening refreshments were very good.

Very cold elevators - you could turn the air-con down! A very minor complaint - there were two breakfast location options. We much preferred the downstairs buffet as the club room breakfast had very little in the way of fresh fruit - a few grapes and some unripe plums. I expect pineapple and melon at tropical locations - there were available downstairs only.

I would not describe this hotel as 5 star. While the rooms are quiet and relatively comfortable, they are appointed with standard amenities. No coffee machine. An empty refrigerator. Two satchels of instant coffee.

The fact that many have written reviews complaining about what I have written and it is conveniently ignored

It is already my second stay at the hotel and the staff is extremely kind and helpful - from the receptionists to the barmen, to the waiters and waitresses, to the chamber maids... it is an exceptional place! The room has soundproof windows, it is well equipped and beautiful. It boasts with a view and if you need to relax, go for a swim in the fantastic pool! It is very well located, it is easy and fast to reach the city from there. The breakfast is rich and accompanied by classic music. The dinner was very delicious and the barmen were very attentive. The reception desk is open 24/7. It was a pleasure to stay in the Crowne Plaza and I would have stayed longer if my holidays would have allowed it. For me it is a perfect place when travelling between Australia and Switzerland. I highly recommend the hotel to all travellers.

I really appreciated the convenience of the location—it’s directly connected to Terminal 3 at Changi Airport, making check-in and check-out very easy during my layover. The room was spacious, modern, and quiet despite being next to the runway. I also liked the large bathroom with a separate rain shower and soaking tub. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh local and international options. The staff were friendly and professional. The only downside was the extra bed I slept on—it felt itchy, possibly due to dust or insects, which may not have been checked properly.

Checking-in was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful but checking-out was bad A rude and arrogant lady was handling the check-out yesterday, she mentioned she have to put on hold payment for my stay, I answered her upon checking-in the hotel already put on-hold S$800 for 2 rooms and I have actually made full payment for the hotel booking 3 Mar 2025. She answered repeatedly in a angry way payment is put on hold without checking or trying to help me understand. Whenever I am in Singapore I always choose Crowne Plaza Changi Airport for my stay but after this incident I might have to look for a better and friendlier hotel for my stay.

The size of room was excellent, the proximity to Changi Airport was very convenient (we were able to use the monorail between terminals), the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the extras that we received as part of our room, including bonus lounge access made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.

There isn't anything we didn't like, however if you need a completely quiet room at night, be mindful that this hotel is literally within the airport, so very early in the morning, you will hear the planes taking off and it is quite loud. It didn't bother us (we have a toddler, and we were jet-lagged), but it may affect others choosing to stay at the airport. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect.

If you have a morning flight to catch, this beautiful hotel is for you. Seamless connection to the airport via shuttle trains, early breakfast, etc. Our spacious room was very quiet & comfortable, and climate control was great. If you have half a day, visit Jewel, the mega-shopping-dining-tourist attraction at the airport. It is connected to the hotel by a walking bridge & is not to be missed! The 5-story waterfall surrounded by orchid gardens is just the start. Restaurants are abundant although tailored to large crowds and fast food. Shopping is upscale and the people watching is great. Only in Singapore...

The buffet breakfast at the hotel is extremely expensive by Singapore standards so we ordered a la carte. We wandered around Jewel the night before departure, looking for dinner, and ended up back at the hotel - not great food but no crowds & no lines.

As per our stay on the 12th May it was once again a fantastic stay overnight between flights. We arrived at 1300 and even though check in is 1500 they had a room for us. This time it was on the 3rd floor a few steps from the pool which I used this time. A wonderful facility. Also had coffee and cake at the cafe and dinner in the restaurant as well as breakfast; great food and service. Our flight out was at 0835 so we went through to the departures area from the 2nd floor, checked our baggage and walked back to have breakfast. Then to our room to collect our carry-on and back to departures; this is an absolute bonus to staying at this hotel.

The Crown Plaza Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. After a long-haul flight, this was exactly what I needed for recovery and comfort. The room provided a perfect night's sleep with an incredibly comfortable bed and impressive sound insulation. Despite being located at the airport, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was - no aircraft noise disrupted my rest. The swimming pool was a real highlight. It's wonderful to have a proper facility for exercise after being cramped on a long flight. The pool area was well-maintained and exactly what I needed to stretch out and rejuvenate. The restaurant delivered a fantastic dining experience with light, delicious options that were perfect after travelling. The quality of the food was impressive, and the portions were just right - not too heavy but satisfying. Overall, the Crown Plaza Hotel covered all my needs perfectly: quality rest, fitness facilities, and excellent dining. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travellers looking for a comfortable airport hotel experience. The best was Rhea, the manager, who made my stay an absolute delight!

The price was a little bit high

We liked the proximity of the hotel to the Jewel and the arrival and departures for terminal 3. We only stayed 1 night to break up the trip home but the room was spacious and comfortable. The room was very quiet considering we could see the planes landing. We ended up having to leave from terminal 1 which was less than 10 mins with the walk and shuttle train. Staff at front counter were very friendly. We didn't use any facilities

Its a big hotel so a long walk to the room in the heat of Singapore after exiting the elevators but we would stay again but request a room closer to the elevator.
