AC worked very quickly. Everything in the room worked perfectly as it should. It would take roughly around 7/8 mins to reach the Masjid which was not a bad time considering how busy everything gets. Good location for food places. Variety of options available as well as plenty of convenience stores, gift stores and pharmacies nearby.

The bathroom is very small. Showering is difficult as water will tend to spill outside the shower area.

A clean and decent 3 star hotel, 10 minutes walking distance from the haram. The staff were excellent, very helpful receptionist and staff members. Had room service offered everyday during my stay. The hotel provides all the basic accessories such as towels, shampoo, hand wash, kettle, mugs, tea bags and sugar, and the WiFi connection is quite good. Not bad at all for a 3 star hotel.

Although the location is very close to the Haram, the hotel sits at a very busy and noisy road with constant horning from coaches and buses which is loud and can be even heard from the 9th floor. I know there is very little the hotel can do in this regard, but perhaps putting double glazed windows in the hotel will help minimise the noise.

They haven’t provided any water, not even on the first day. On the first day, they only left a few tea bags, but no water at all.

The location was near to Haram. It takes only 10 mins walk. The reception staffs, cleaning staff were very friendly. There’s a massage chair (ofc you have to pay before you use) so it might be helpful after you get tired and need to have a little relax.

There was no hot water. The noise from outside was loud. But for some people, these two mighy not bother you during the stay. So it depends. For me, I knew these already before the stay bcs I read the reviews so I don’t mind with that. So choose what you can tolerate before book (any) hotel.

Location and a good clean hotel,approx 9 mins walk to haram,many desi restaurants around, flat road no uphill whatsoever,the reason I am mentioning this as previously we struggled with pushing wheelchairs on the other side of haram,because even slight slope is hard to push on return from haram. cleaners come and ask,water tea bags sugar and kettle supplied,as other hotels only gave a kettle.

Everything was good, fairly priced No complaints

We were very happy with the location. Since we had a room at the front of the hotel, it was also a delightful experience for the kids, as they spent most of their time sitting by the window, enjoying the view outside.

The only issue we encountered was during check-out. The access to the road was closed, and we had to carry our luggage on foot for nearly 1 km to a point where taxis were no longer allowed to enter.

The location is very convenient to go to masjidilharam

The traffic in front of the hotel is bad it’s hard to get a ride. Can’t get e-hailing to come to the hotel. You have to walk out of the area a bit to get taxi or book e-hailing.

Overall it was satisfactory, the service of all the officials and cleaners was satisfactory. I am also quite satisfied with the cleanliness. From what I have seen, I really like this thing of trying to protect the hearts of the customers at every step, so I wish you good luck in your business in the future.👍
