I lived in room 25 in the attic, the room is not big but for one person there is enough space and everything you need. It was easy to check in, despite many people writing about difficulties here. You can open the window and look at the Viennese rooftops. If you need a few nights in Vienna for a single traveler, this is the good variant. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away, the central railway station is 2 metro stations away, and the city center is 4.

Excellent location of the hotel, very close to the metro and tram. We traveled in May, there were not many guests at the hotel. It was quiet and calm. There is a restaurant opposite, and a supermarket Lidl is a 5-minute walk away. If you wish, you can walk to the main train station or by metro 2 station. The room has the minimum of everything you need. It’s convenient that the bedroom is separated by a door (we rented a room with a separate bedroom). Check-in and check-out work great, you can solve everything without a receptionist.

Not all surfaces were well washed. This is perhaps the only negative.

The apartment was nice and clean, and we were regularly provided with fresh towels. The property is not in the city centre, but is very near to transport links to get into the city easily. There is a Lidls nearby, just a few minutes walk.

I did not always recieve a response to communication, however, when there was an emergency the matter was dealt with straight away.

I liked that rooms were bright and comfortable. The staff was really nice. Location is good enough.

Didn't liked only housemaid work. In our room in the drawer there was a dirty plate from some of the previous tenants. Everything else were clear.

Clean, good location, quiet, comfortable,modern, cozy.

One singular check in terminal that made me wait 30 minutes until the guest before me finished his check in which was supposed to take a couple of minutes. The owners should assign someone to watch over there and either help a challenged guest with their check in's or request them to move aside so others can check in instead of waiting half an hour.The cattle inside the kitchen isn't working, been reported to the host let's hope it is fixed for the next guest (apartment 21) , the apartment ad pics shows there is a microwave, well in fact there isn't. Nothing really smart about the apartment aside from the self check-in terminal.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel. We like that you can take a room with a separate bedroom and not disturb each other if someone wakes up earlier. Very convenient location: next to the metro and 15 minutes walk to the main station. 5 minutes to the Lidl supermarket. There is a restaurant in the building opposite. It suits us and we really like that there is no staff for check-in and check-out.

The cleanliness of the hotel rooms is not ideal.

Great location close to public transport and kids playground, grocery stores nearby as well as McDonalds. Comfortable beds and despite high summer temperatures the apartment was cool and plesant to sleep in. Well working WiFi. Tiny, but equipped kitchen. I appreciated very much the smooth check-in check-out process.

Everything except the floors was very clean, but the floors would definitely appreciate sweeping twice...

The apartments are spacious, located close to the metro and relatively close to the center. There are many shops around and a market, it is also quite close to the main train station in Vienna.

A bed linen was stained (it was not washed properly), some dishes in the cupboard were unwashed, it could be cleaned a little better. Otherwise, it's still good.

This review is about the Deluxe apartment. Very large and bright spaces. Comfortable bed and pillows, excellent and fast wifi connection. Air conditioning more than adequate. Unlike the standard rooms (tried in the past) there is the possibility of darkening the windows avoiding the early morning light. The building and the rooms are very clean. Good location, a stone's throw from the metro station and in an area with many opportunities for restaurants and supermarkets. The self check-in procedure is fast and practical.

Having tried other apartments in Vienna I can say with full knowledge that the kitchen and supplies are rather inadequate (for example, there was only one glass for wine in the apartment, annoying when there are two people). The bathroom is quite small compared to the size of the apartment and the toilet is in a separate cubicle.

Cozy apartment in automated building, easy check-in and check-out. Apartment has all needed necessities, close to metro station, relatively close to Vienna Center. Clean building, not crowded, good soundproofing.

Few improvements can be done a. Stronger water pressure in the bathroom shower b. Holders for clothes which are on mirror can be made stronger
