If you’ve never lived in student halls, this gives you a brilliant chance to experience what it’s like. On the plus side - great value for money, the shared kitchen’s really well kitted out with everything you need: oven, kettle, microwave, iron, ironing board, everything in the room is brand new, and there’s parking.

Downsides - no hairdryer, soap or shampoo provided in the room. You can’t control the room temperature, but it was nice and warm rather than chilly, which is actually a good thing. All in all, I was quite pleased with it.

Our stay at the UHI Inverness accommodation was absolutely outstanding. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, so we felt comfortable immediately. The shared kitchen was practical and had everything needed for meal preparation. It was clean and well-maintained. Although the location of the accommodation is not directly in the center, it was not a problem. Thanks to the bus stop right in front of the accommodation, we were quickly in the city center. Inverness itself is a beautiful city with a lot of charm. All in all, we can highly recommend the UHI Inverness accommodation and will definitely come back.

Very beautiful campus. Very courteous and helpful staff. Our studio was spic and span and well furnished. Please remember to take shower gel and hand wash as the facility does not provide this. There was also a small refrigerator that made it very easy to store stuff. Not an issue with the property, but if you do not have your own transport/car, on Sunday the bus service to and from the facility is patchy.

I was visiting someone at Raigmore hospital and could walk there in 15 minutes. It was quiet, warm, clean and comfortable Use of kitchen

No soap hairdryer or TV. Didn’t expect TV or hairdryer but sop would be nice No shops anywhere near so bring everything such as tea bags etc.

Stayed in an "efficency apartment" with small kitchenette, bed (attached to the wall), and desk, with in-suite bathroom. Very comfortable (except the bed). Staff was wonderful and was fun to talk with.

Bed was uncomfortable. Microwave was a bit confusing to use.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen facilities were generally good. The water was warm whenever I wanted it to be.

The room was very warm considering the temperature was only 20-22 degrees celsius outside during the day. The kitchen sink plug did not stop water flowing down the drain, so I bought a washing up bowl for £1.69!

very awkward to get to from airport or city not once did i see a bus stop at the stop near the reception and nobody seemed to know why . had to walk into town or go to alternative bus stop a walk away . The address given is not near where you check in

For some reason the heat was on 24-7. There was no way to turn it off. Thankfully, I had read the reviews and came prepared with a fan. Bed were a little small for two people and uncomfortable but it was expected as It is a college dorm.

I liked room layout with own ensuite etc, The kitchen was well appointed, clean and tidy.

Both light & fan in ensuite were on permanently in spite of bringing to notice of staff. Cooker hood filter was clogged so not actually extracting heat and fumes when turned on. TV was not functioning.

- really nice and helpful staff (Raymond unplugged a shower drain on the first evening, the next day he brought some pots to the kitchen as there was only a colander); - comfortable bed; - clean shared kitchen with necessary cooking facilities; - peaceful area.
