The hotel's staff were professional and friendly! The hotel "felt" like a "Hampton Inn', or similar 3/4-star hotel that is just a little too worn down to pull off any kind of "boutique" feel. At this price point ($275/night), I am definitely looking for an upgraded facility. Breakfast was simple, but sweet.

Went on a Saturday night during peak season, and spent twice what I should have. This hotel feels like an old 3/4-star facility that is slowly being pulled up to "boutique" status? A/C rattled all night, my bedsheets were pilled, and the furniture is "Holiday Inn"-type stuff. I feel like they're "trying", but at this price point... disappointing.

I booked through booking.com, so checkin is fast. Kenny at the reception had all the information already and just needed our license plate number. The room is huge with 2 queen sized beds. We have a view of the pool. The breakfast is included in the booking and is just a basic menu of pancakes, yogurt, coffee, fruits, muffins, cereal, and juice but nevertheless filling. You need to have it early , 7 a.m., to avoid long lines. The location is superb as it is near the Tanger outlet where Nike, Under armor, old navy, etc were located. It is just a few minutes away. It is also near restaurants and Fresh Market.

They should add protein source to the breakfast like egg or bacon

The location was great. Bus transportation was across the street and the bus came every 10 minutes during the 4th of July weekend... We had a fireworks 🎆 bus that was free for July 4th fireworks show... I didn't expect that type of service. It was awesome to have services like this 😄.

The pool wasn't as clean as expected... I think the filter was off. It should be turned on to clean the pool once in a while...

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk accommodated my request to check in a little early because we arrived earlier than expected. The room was clean and good sized. Our bathroom sink was somewhat clogged, and the maintenance man was there within a couple of hours and fixed it in no time. We liked the outdoor pool. It was very clean. The breakfast was decent but was not a hot breakfast. There was coffee, juice, buns, yogurt, fruit cups, cereal, fresh apples and a pancake machine.

The only thing I didn't like was the bed because I am used to a soft foam mattress topper at home and the mattress felt a little hard to me, but my granddaughter said she slept just fine. So, it's more of a personal preference than a mattress issue.

I enjoyed my room accommodations and comfortable sleep.

The channel list on the TV stand was not updated and breakfast was subpar. Breakfast was mostly packaged/starchy sweets, dry cereal, and a pancake maker that wasn’t that great at making pancakes. There was no protein if you don’t drink dairy milk and the only other healthy option was some fresh fruit. We ultimately ended up going somewhere else for breakfast.

It was great. Always says hello and goodbye. Best thing is THE BUS IS RIGHT THERE. ONLY THING I WISH THE BRIDGE WAS FIXED BETTER A LITTLE ROUGH. I HAD BOTH KNEES REPLACED SO HARD WALKING. MORE LIGHT ESPECIALLY AT THE BRIDGE FOR LATE TRIPS BACK FROM REHOBOTH.

Not a thing it was great

Very clean, nice updated lobby. Rooms were accommodating. Loved having a fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. Free breakfast with hot pancakes was a plus! Nice location with a grocery story next door and restaurants walking distance.

The pool wasn’t the cleanest. The filters didn’t seem to be on so the pool was covered in leaves and trash.

We were in Rohoboth for a wedding. The hotel was in a convenient area, with parking and the room was very comfortable. As we were only there one evening, we did not use any of the facilities like the pool, breakfast or gym.

It was a short trip - we did not spend a lot of time here. It was a positive stay.

Staff was friendly and when I asked about recommendations he gave good ones and we went to them all

That there was no air vet in the bathroom and there looked to be a light in the shower but no switch other then that everything was great

Breakfast was fantastic! I just wish it ran until like 10:30 for the late risers. Pool was beautiful and I loved the size of the room! I loved that we were on the 1st floor. It was a really nice hotel. Highly recommend!

There was rarely an employee to be seen. There was no clock in the room. Breakfast hours were too short. They do not offer smoking rooms.
